FIRST, out of the box when delivered, you MUST plug in the charger, unfold the chair, remove the floor cover, open the battery doors, remove the two batteries, then remove the plastic guards at the connection, then replace the batteries, shut the doors, put the cover back on AND THEN CHARGE the battery fully before use. The instruction manual doesn't state this important first multi-step. An unboxing review would be helpful.
