I've been researching this for years. Its called the left AIC pattern...I think. A guy that works for postural restoration makes LOTS of videos on this. And I'm 35. I teach Olympic lifting to my high school athletes and I'm starting to hurt more and more do to this issue. If you could...maybe go in more on a detailed rep range and sets for the exercises and how long to do them for.
hi coach, can you do a power snatch/clean technique que video please? your cues for the chinese style triple extension helped my pull get technically better, i would like to know how to try power snatch/clean instead of relying on dropping down quickly all the time. Thank you!
