Tia has consistent stamina, skill, and strength that makes a champion. Even though the other women athletes have their strengths Tia is an all-rounder. In athletics, we call that the all-rounder it's rear, and it's wonderful.

What stands out to me is the sprint/sled between Fraser and Kwant, obviously. But what I don't know, is what exactly is the finish line? It looked like to me that Kwant stepped OVER the red line, onto the GREEN first. But if they score it by whomever touches the RED line with their foot, first, then Kwantz blew it. I think he has Fraser if he would have planted his forward foot sooner. It still amazes me that a person with Fraser's body type that he could win a sprint against those others... it just shows how good he really is.

How was Brooke the only one of the women to study Neal Maddox’s sled push method that absolutely wrecked the entire rest of the field?? The other guys, and their coaches are watching the same event happen before they go. They have the same opportunity to strategize after watching the first group go through the event.... also, in a Sprint event like this what nuance can Tia really offer to help Mat?

@@trenk2007 sounds like solid advice, any of the coaches could have also observed and told their athletes.

Nah... it’s like sharing inside information... looking from the outside means nothing. On the field doing the workout and then come back to tell the guy what needed to be done.. that’s cheating...
