Hotel said that they have strict policy against flying obviously lol but my question is because I will fly far from people etc for privacy but do I need any paperwork for airport when land in maldives? So they wont take it away?!

I had a small DJI Mini 3 Pro, under 250g, and I didn't need any declaration or inspection. I'm not sure what drone you have, but if it's larger, there may be additional requirements. And if the hotel has a strict no-fly policy, what will you do? You might consider canceling your reservation and choosing another resort where drone flights are allowed and the area isn't restricted.
@@TravelwithBobbyChannel Yes I have mini pro 4 same under 250g. The thing is that a lot of people have videos using drone on the same island Riu Atoll on youtube. So I assume far away from people with early morning I might do small videos, trying to get permission with Maldives aviation authority but I don’t think it will happen because of the bureaucracy.
