I decided my cats Christmas present this year is going to be fancy so I splurged when Etsy was having a sale. 😎 (Though most of the money I saved would have gone to taxes anyway 🤣)

How in the world did you get the two taller stems together? I’ve been trying clockwise and counterclockwise - video online and instructions but mine is so unstable!
To be honest mines not that great either. It's still a bit wobbly so I have it leaning against the wall so that it wobbles a bit less. I honestly think it's a design flaw. You have to basically tighten it until it can no longer tighten in 3 different sides. It can still rotate from side to side though that's working as intended apparently. If you're having really bad issues, maybe you got a defective one and I'd highly recommend contacting kbs pets they were very responsive via email and Etsy! 😀
@@mei_and_mimi I’ve been in contact with them and they’ve been responsive but it’s been 2 additional days of back and forth and I still cannot get this thing to be stable enough for my cats. I wish I would’ve known prior to purchasing since it’s not returnable! Thanks for the help. Hopefully it’s defective and I can’t get some exchange parts.
Having the same problem with this same tree!
@@bluekayak I went to the Mau website and followed their instructional video for the Ivy 4 basket tree since it was manufactured the same way. I was able to get my tree put together and stable within 10 minutes after spending literately more than 7 hours in frustration with the information from KBS.
How is it holding up?
It's still ok but a little more wobbly than before. There's really no way around it unless it leans against a wall. My cats still love it though and that's what matters I guess 😂😂
Hi, are the beds washable/the covers removable?
Unfortunately no. You can only hand wash the beds in a tub or sink. They are not removable to be put into a washing machine.
