One more tip, try not to use her special skill while you're in the ultimate state, if you're playing in story or there's no healer in team. The ultimate's final heal scales to the number of basic attack she lands during the duration, so it's better to keep attacking if you need heal. I normally go with special skill -> ult so I don't waste as much cooldown of special skill
If there's a new support that buffs basic attack without needing a 5 star promotion (I'm looking at you pistachio :v) chilli pepper would be very broken same with lemon zest, and maybe will be able to dethrone dark choco from the meta :D🔥

Yeah, promotions are very influential. Also, all 4 equipment pieces on the cookie would have to have potential with matching elemental scrolls. That influences a lot as well. You're over the 40k threshold though, you're good to go on the power level!
Crushed pepper is actually perfect for chili because you can still defend her while not healing her to the point she loses crit dmg on her art, im pretty sure that they had his synergy with chili in mind while making his type

Sparky, Do you think Chilli Pepper's Artifact is one of the most versatile in the game? Is it worth maxing out to 5★? Like, at 5★ it deals 70% critical damage, that's insane. With this, you would have more freedom to go after attributes other than critical damage on equipment. I see it working perfectly well on all Slash.And like, I've seen people saying that Chilli Pepper's Artifact is better at Cream Soda than their own Artifact. Do u agree?
@@soyphietro I’d say it’s pretty versatile, but in pretty much all scenarios a cookies sig is going to be their best. While the crit damage gives you more freedom, it’s only really amazing if you can maintain the HP threshold, otherwise you’ll be missing a lot of attack and elemental damage from Fruits of Labor.

You can still reach the max heal cap even if you use special skill. So dont worry about that and just use ss in ultimate state for more damage
i actually use her special skill right before the ult ends so that i still get the buff for the skill.
