You just described my last call of duty experience. Add to that, I needed to have an internet connection and Playstation account to finish downloading my hard copy to be playable. That was the last purchase I made towards console gaming 😅
You know these guys get major support from game devs, sponsors and prizes, just for playing and making content about the game. This makes the mission pretty easy

Anyonwmjave an idea the swirl tornado thingy is around the monsters sometimes. Its also a swirl on the ground andnif you walk over it your troops are have it around them.
its not worth it to buy units from the shop unless that unit is going to bump you up a star level. the game actively doesn't give you what you need or want to star up your units. same thing with offers, dont buy them if they dont get you a star level for that unit or if it feels really worthwhile to you in general because the chests will stop giving you cards that are about to level up
For me tge biggest two tips are these is an pve and not pvp game. And the most important one is, DONT conect to supercell ID, 1st u must unlock tge epic chest to get royal king. Only after conect and get the archer queen. Because I connected before the chest and now im on tge 3rd world, all 3 stars with only 2 epics, withc and archer queen
Is there anyway to choose the squad you go into with a match.? I’ve noticed it rotates each match and I don’t have characters like the trader available to even draft from chests for some matches
I kind of dont like that you need to be top 5 to be able to get better stuff. Sometimes I just get targeted by like 4 people and I die instant. Or I get really bad starting picks and someone next to me spawns with something good. I am very new and confused how/when to fight and I sometimes just go really great and just die in like 3 seconds because everyone targeted me... I also dont pay gold to keep my winstreak. Is that something you should do? because I did it a few times but then also got wrecked next game.

Game is brutally P2W. There is no strategy or anything if you PAY you have the best and strongest units,and using p2w items inside the match is even more P2W. Sadly I was hoping this is gonna be the new favourite game but nahhh,to much P2W.

Chest tokens easily. Everything that can be bought in shop can be earned in game for cheaper. Just a matter of when

It's really not that bad. Completely f2p friendly. Instead of progressing your map levels stay in a bracket where you're comfortable.
