It's going to be very hard to justify the officers' reactions. 1. Pulling him out of the car was fine, but taking him to the ground and handcuffing him for not obeying fast enough is not. 2. Once handcuffed you can't force someone to sit down then take him to the ground again. 2x use of excessive force. Regardless of Tyreek's cockiness, they are still in the wrong.
Plus the language from the very beginning!
First of all, just to keep it real. Tyreek should not have been speeding down the boulevard. Wasn't even complying with the officers. He was asking for trouble. It was known for football players driving wrecklessly and even killing innocent people on the road. For a person of color with all that money thought he can get away with just a ticket just because you're in a hurry. Safety first and take your time bruh.

What does that have to do with them saying the stopped him for a seatbelt issue? They didn't say they stopped him for speeding? When they got his license, at that point the cops had what they needed and should have keep it all cool and they didn't.

It's simple, COMPLY with an officer's legal orders and all will be fine, UNLESS you have a warrant...ta-dahhh all this BS could have been avoided if he just opened the window and took the damned ticket...like he can't afford it?

He gave him this info and rode the window up he can do that.... they asked him to roll it down.... For what? just go write the ticket... he already admitted guilt. so at that point asking to roll the window down is not a legal order anymore. then he rode the window down as instructed and was immediately snatched out they didnt give a order before they put hands on him to get out the car.... So no legal order there either. They drugged him out forcely then gave a order to get out. Then tode him he was underrest.... For what Charge ? Its not ileagal to roll your window up. he wasnt resisting ? Another thing getting out of a Mclaren is easy it sits low and the door swings up. Tyreek though short is a big guy. So again Tyreek wasnt right... but neither were the cops. The escualted and went on a power trip cause he didnt do what they wanted when they wanted. And the fact that they put hands on him and he didnt go to jail looks bag cause the used force and under no cumstances were theyre life was in danger and you cant get him for resisting cause he wasnt arrested. Big law suit and I hope he files one. Police are not Terrorist so they shouldnt act like it. Socity need to get off that DO EVERYTHING A COP TELLS you Bullshiit. You can tell by: 1) the cracking in the officer's voice.
2) The aggressive and unprofessional manner he spoke with the man over a civil violation (not criminal).
3) The unlawful demand for him to keep his window down. The officer was walking away. No reason why he couldn't roll the window back up for privacy, safety, and comfort after handing over his license and registration.
4) The aggressive manner he was running all over the place making demands of people recording.
