Not a bad fragracne overall but YSL Y EDP is just one of many "blue" fragracnes out there. I find this to be be great for younger guys and not much else. Easy to wear but very forgettable. 7 hour of longevity with moderate projection, there's definitely better out there!

its not fresh aquatic at all. It's more sweet than it is "Fresh". It smells like a sweet fabric softener

@dicktalks no probs man. Another amazing blue fragrance that's designer is Caroline harerra Bad boy cobalt. An excellent blue fragrance that smells like a mixture of bleu de chanel + paco rabanne phantom. I find that it has a very clean scent profile but is also distinguished with a lot of character . Worth checking out would love get your thoughts

Great to see you again bro, totally agreed on this one but do you find you wanna scrub it off by the end of the day? Lol it’s got a chemical note that gets annoying after just a few hours . Y Le Parfum is far more enjoyable if you’re going to stay within the YSL house.

Thanks, James, I honestly prefer the dry down to the opening that Tonka Bean helps give it some character but no it does not project too much on me that I have to wash it off. Not the biggest YSL fan, be it fragracnes or clothes.

Ysl y edp is also very strong & lingers with a good scent trail when oversprayed
Like 8-12 sprays in the morning

What batch is your Dylan blue from? i've heard of new batches from 2023-2024 the performance has taken a hit

I own a lot of blue, citrus fragrances but nothing gets me compliments like ysl y, i dont wear it at work anymore cause of all the compliments i get and how good the projection and performance is, its the only fragrance that has gotten me a compliment from actual strangers too. For me its a powerhouse that i know i will smell the best wearing it and people will smell it

The initial apple blast is a lot but i love this fragrance in the air and the mid to drydown is the best
