    Thank you for the video, it is really interesting. However, I have a problem in coupling, I finished all the steps (on different design) but when I press update the couling takes very long time and it doesn't finish. I get these two lines at the end "Awaiting connections from coupling participants...
    Elapsed time: 5 min. Still awaiting connection from: Solution 1. If you feel the participant(s) should already have connected, check participant logs and/or abort the run." Can you help in this regard ?

      Sometimes the coupling does not connect properly. You may try changing data transfers or redoing the project from beginning or installing another version. And of course, you should double check your setup.

    شكرا لك استاذ ممكن تقدم لنا درس عن موضوع fuel cell لان مبدا عمله قريب جدا من TEG وانا اعطيك ملف الرسم جاهز ببرنامج سوليدورك

    great video, but how to calculate the generated power from the thermoelectric generator ?

      It is mentioned in the previous video

      @@H4Isoftwareservices The previous video showed the heat generated in the wire, is this value equal to the power generated from the TEG?

    • @H4Isoftwareservices
      @H4Isoftwareservices  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@معاذجدعان-ز7ظ Yes, Joule heat in the load is equal to generated power. You can also measure the voltage and the current through the wire. You will get the same value.

      @@H4IsoftwareservicesGot it!
      In my experiment I attached 10 thermoelectric generators to the outer surface to the heat source and by ANSYS fluent I calculate the temperature distribution at each point at the two faces of each TEG, but I didn't draw the wire at each TEG, I just drew the TEG itself, so how I can calculate the harvested power from these TEGs?

      @@معاذجدعان-ز7ظ
      You can't. A TEG without load won't generate power. You can only measure open circuit voltage. I think there is an equation to predict the power from the open circuit voltage, but it is not an accurate representation. To measure actual power you need a load connected to the TEG, which in my case I used a simple wire with high resistivity.
