Little trick for getting the unit through the pull down. Sink a 2 in screw in the V of the pull down hinge on both sides, to pull them flat to the pull down frame.
They should of bought the condenser, come next year if condenser goes out they will have to buy a whole complete system due to new refrigerants, its hard to find R410 systems locally at this time, they will have to replace minor/major components on R410 condenser if they go out, I don't know if Lennox is good on stocking parts or have long waits to receive them.

If needed, it’s fine to install an R32 condenser with a 410A evaporator coil.
