I didn't really mean for this video to be so short but I just kept cutting and this is what I got. Anyway let me know if you prefer shorter content like this or longer, in the 8-12 minute range 😀
Both are great! If the video just needs to be 3-4 minutes, great! Don't try to pad it. You don't need to do a deep dive every video. Short ones that are succinct and straight to the point with no filler are great!
No intro, no fillers, this "bad" edit is perfect. I cant even complain about having my 3 minutes back. Its just too short to even complain or sneeze about.
The arc 770 is a wonderful card. I have it 3 months and I have a very good experience. Thanks for the video and you can make longer videos in the future.
I also tested and unboxed on my channel.. it goes better than expected. I got it for only 400€ in Italy cause I couldn’t afford the NVIDIA asus strix 3060…. For like 700€. I wanted to give my money to someone that is really tryin to sell good product for the right price
Anyone sleeping on this card is going to kick themselves, I’ve had mine a few days and it’s staying in my main rig. I have a 3070 also. The a770 has just raw grunt along with AV1 encoding and media chops. Very good price and performance. Latest beta drivers unlocking more performance too. I’m no intel fanboy heck this is in an amd rig, but fair play to them. Good effort so far.
Extremely good content. Straight to the point, no punches pulled! Couldn’t believe you didn’t have 100k+ subs when I went to sub myself. Keep up the good work, especially with Arc. I’m an AMD guy at the moment, but I’m thinking I might go all blue when the Battlemage GPU’s show up. Take care!
Your content is highly underrated and deserves more attention from people. Keep it up! Also, I like how you were on point with this video, no extra stuff, just getting straight to the beef. I like it!
That is actually extremely surprising performance per buck. I'm very impressed. Stellar stuff. The future of budget gaming is upon us ngl. In Cyberpunk it seems to perform better than the 6700xt with a lower tier CPU than those used in AMD builds usually. Very very impressive. If they keep the driver updates coming, and they manage to improve DX9 and DX10 performance we literally have a diamond in the rough. I'm looking forward to your emails
After watching again a few time, I have now bought one. My RX5700xt now struggles, it can just about run 4k on very low settings. It's not fun thou. It's on its way. I went for the 16 gig version. Thanks for a review that was straight to the point.
I am 1 more driver update away from purchasing an A770. The 1080p performance needs to get better, but other than that it seems like a good value proposition.
I didn't expect that at all that's weird we are talking a near console experience if not better is it cuz of the high Vram it's not even upscaled that really changed my view of it 🤯
for that price is insane i have 1080p monitor and arc a770 le and considering replacement for my monitor something more suitable 1440p but considering 4k with hdr so this was helpful thank you🤩
You made the best budget pc in the world brother. I can't stop watching your videos. i3 12100f with arc a770! Ahahaha.... I'm definitely copying your PC. Getting the Msi pro h610m-B as well.
This card is really a sweet spot for 1440p and entry level 4k gaming very impressed with it and really makes the 4000 series cards look very over priced...
I'm trying to decide between this and a 3060 ti..? Do you think its a good alternative and will live up to being as good considering its die is 3070 like and the drivers arent anywhere close to fully optimized yet? My main concern is if it can run Ark Survival Evolved tho too.. I will be playing all these games you reviewed but my main older gen game I'll be playing is Ark. Its also only 440 dollars cad here while a 3060ti is bout 650-700 for the lowest tier one like a gigabyte gaming oc or zotac.
I haven't tried Ark with it so I'm not sure, although it I think it is dx10 so it might not be the most optimised. I would have a look at prices for an AMD 6700 XT as it should trade blows with a 3060ti/3070. Here in the UK at least you can get one cheaper than an a770.
@@tomstechtable okay good to know thanks! And yeah the 6700xt here was going for about 550 cad for awhile but now they're all sold out everywhere and seem to be back up to 700 cad which is insane imo.. while the arc is only 440 cad and I can get a 3060 ti for about 650 cad but its a lower spec 3060 ti like the Gigabyte Gaming OC. I could go to the used market like facebook marketplace there are tons of 3060 ti's and 3070's even 6800's for 500-600 dollars but I am a bit worried about buying used.
Hardware side indicates that there is still lot more to come. CPU has not even been close to optimized. Almost like they are stalling. Maybe it is a marketing strategy to keep improving with big updates till the launch of Battlemage. That would also explain why the CPU difference between INTEL and AMD is hardly noticeable. I'm hoping XeSS will get some momentum and more supported games. This is also a good talking point as XeSS works great on INTEL but not so well on AMD or Nvidia. The name is same but the program is not. WHY? Who knows.
It is not just arc ir is also windows why the heck will someone still use low resolution not even games support that los resolution without losing details
@@tomstechtable I checked on my rig, rtx on or off makes little to no difference to the fps cant tell if ray tracing is actually working. I don't think the toggle does anything or ARC is so good at ray tracing that there is 0 impact

depends on what and how much you want to tell so hard to tell but i prefer longer videos but anyway this vid was fine
I love short videos, it's a dying art! Videos should only be as long as they need to be
Anything under 5 min is great!

This card represents amazing value in 1440p and 4k gaming.
That Witcher 3 result is incredibly impressive. Not blaming the card for the dips, since that game tends to stutter on AMD and Nvidia hardware too

I wouldn't be caught dead using that budget card, but I guess it's a start for what might come next.

witcher 3 does not have any ray tracing with arc a770...
The Witcher 3 had a next gen update in December last year adding ray tracing.

It kind of.. performs the same as an AMD RX580.. those are like.. less than a 150 dollars.. So..
