- Adding polyrhythms to your music doesn't need to be complex. During Native Sessions: Infinite Loops in Berlin, KOMPLETE Lead Product Specialist Neven provided a demonstation on how to easily combine two distinctly different sequencers, MASCHINE JAM for REAKTOR and NOD-E, to create unique Polyrhythms while quickly and easily improvising different pattern and arrangement ideas.

That Maschine Jam interface block is totally awesome. HUGE deal for Reaktor nuts wanting to integrate some physical control into their setup.
I like how the sounds when she's explaining the stuff sounds really boring. And then.. the performance at the end with heavy processing. Sounds like a f*cking bomb! Awesome performance. The crowd should have been dancing! Cheers.

Huh? Steam pipe and Nod-E? I'm not sure what ur talking about these are out. You get Nod-E from the user library online, the other is stock with reaktor. Maybe I'm missing something? Did you mean hardware? Or...?

Very nice! Is Maschine Jam hardware essential for it to work in Blocks or can it be midi mapped or done with a mouse? Also, big up Michail, what a great presenter 👍

Here's an idea, Maschine 2xx mono compatibility. You remember mono? Very common with drums. Mono export, and mono routing should not be a feature one would have to ask for in a drum centered plugin/application.

I am still using my Maschine 2 but the basic gist of things I am seeing is record a kick in 4/4, switch my maschine to 3/3 and turn my quantize off or on record hats with natural swing or quantized & record more loops varying between 3/3 & 7/7. Stack.....
Still no sign of this Maschine Jam Reaktor Block though? anyone heard anything?

Maschine jam reaktor seq please....? Tiktaktiktak.....
I cant seem to be able to load Nod-E and steam pipes in the same window. If i'm on Nod-E and click on stream pipes, a save as window pops up and steam pipes loads, instead of both. Can anyone help me resolve this?
Open one than in the browser window on the left drag the other in but than you need to send than you need to set steampipes midi in as nod-e
Great video and and cool sounds, but does the Maschine sequencer block (linked in the description) work the same way as the Maschine Jam sequencer block (shown in the video) when Reaktor is hosted in Ableton? I must be missing something because I can't get it to work..

Great stuff but Why are you guys linking the old version of the MASCHINE Mk2 Sequencer without the the Jam support? If its not out yet just give a rough date. Not that hard.
This looks good, but how do I set it up? I have Komplete and Jam, am using Bitwig though not Ableton.
Run reaktor as a plugin same as you would with ableton..

I'm using this with Maschine MK2 and Ableton however, it doesn't send MIDI signal back to the controller. If I run Reaktor standalone, it works well, but within Ableton I don't have LED feedback on Maschine controller like you have in this video with Jam. Any idea how to fix it?

Reaktor 6 has this annoying bug across all versions. At the right hand side there is a browser where user can select presets. eg list of Razor nrkt's. I have couple of thousand presets. and when load one of them, the right hand side list goes all the way to the top and I was in the middle of the list auditioning presets. it's lamely inconvenient and user unfriendly to navigate through all the presets...

It has more buttons, but everything I have seen on maschine jam, I can do on maschine.

It (Maschine) is 75% of twice the cost, but you can do loads more on it (than Maschine Jam)

i tried to get midi out from NOD-E through ableton ...but couldnt figure it out....anybody that can help out with a tip? doesnt seem to work the normal way.
A few things I needed to do to get it to work, maybe one of them is what you're missing:
1) Playback needs to be on. NOD-E won't output midi when Ableton is stopped.
2) If you're not using a synth within Reaktor but rather a different plugin you need to load NOD-E on one track and load the synth on another midi track, then source that midi track from the Reaktor track and choose Reaktor on the second panel (not Pre or Post FX). You might also need to have the synth track record armed or set to monitor input, I can't remember at the mo
3) There's a setting inside Reaktor, once you load NOD-E you go to the panel and then click on the NOD-E object and then on the left hand side choose the "Connect" tab, from there you need to make sure the object's midi output is to "Plugin" rather than internal or off.

found everything you talked about, using reaktor 6, but not working. would be great if there were a youtube vid on how to do this.
Strange. For me it works, just used it yesterday to sequence an Arturia plugin.
