@@ColinJ88I was never a fan of Takakeisho but towards the twilight of his career my stance toward him softened considerably. He worked hard and sacrificed his body to reach Ozeki. He wasn't genetically gifted like many others that we see reach that rank. He fought hard. I can't fault him for that.
14:08 Terunofuji's wins against Tobizaru and Wakatakakage went into record as plain _kimedashi,_ though it looks like a distinction is required to mark the superiority in both endings.
I still miss Kimura Tamajio, the sumo world is poorer without him, he was one of the best Gyoji I can remember. Shameful treatment by the association not promoting him and forcing his hand.
Ooor, even if I've been butthurt about some of Abi's wins over my favorite boys as well, it's their fault for not paying enough attention and anticipating a legal move correctly. 🤷🏿♀️🎉
Also, I'm pretty sure Wakatakakage henka'd Endo this year. Don't see people miffed about it because he's another golden one. And he probably did it because Endo henka'd someone the day before also.
