Great Video!!! I wanted to say I feel sorry that you got such a bad product. I bought one these days for 120 euros in Macedonia, but I have a problem, the voltage in the house is variable from 205V to 230V and the UPS turns on to stabilize the voltage very often, can you tell me if I can somehow change the UPS settings so the UPS doesn't turn on above 200V?

Thank you. Sadly, as far as I know this value can't be changed ☹️

I have the same issue here in Romania, during the noon and afternoon hours the input voltage can be as high as 250-255V which causes the UPS fan to constantly turn off and on. I think it's constantly switching between stand-by and battery mode or trying to correct for the high voltage in some way. That ends up causing a lot of issues including black screens on my PC. Is there any solution for this besides getting a voltage regulator? From what I've read it's generally not recommended to plug the UPS into a voltage regulator. Not only that, but my area also gets a lot of power outages. I've already lost two GPUs because of this, most likely. If the input voltage is indeed too high for the UPS, then that leaves me in a difficult spot.

You can try to contact nJoy, but, sadly, the ups is doing what it was designed to do. Your best bet is a voltage stabilizer, but ask nJoy if the ups can be used after it.
