- Multi-seed Mukhwas
Prep time- 6-8 minutes
Cooking time- 15-20 minutes
Serves- 1 medium size bowl
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Dhaniya dal / Dhana dal
5 tbsp saunf
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp melon seeds
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
1 tbsp poppy seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds
3 tbsp mishri
3 tbsp coloured saunf / tini mini
Instructions:
Heat the pan.
Once the pan is hot, dry roast all the seeds one by one on low heat while stirring continuously.
Once the seeds are dry roasted, keep all of them in a bowl and let them cool down completely.
Don’t ot add mishri and coloured saunf while the seeds are hot otherwise your mishri and coloured saunf will melt in the seeds and it won’t taste good.
Once they are cool down completely, then add mishri and coloured saunf and mix well.
Transfer your mukhwas in an airtight container and you can keep it for 5-6 months.
Enjoy your healthy multi-seed Mukhwas after your meals.
