Farming News-- my friend has left job from Microsoft and started his organic farming with robotics machinery last year and he is earning so good that his colleagues at Microsoft are shocked I am asking him can we join you. He has become a big brand in MP. He did Job just to satisfy society that he can get a good job in a good company he was interested in farming because he attended a group tour during college days with the NGO. He supplies organic zero chemical pestisides food and with all organic process for germs insects etc. He is also employing local young kids gives seminars too.

BM Sir , Even high-income salaried class are also deploying money into stock market. The returns from FD is not matching with real inflation. Till the time government hide the real Inflation the people have to find a way to beat it. Taxation has made earning more money less rewarding as compared to getting returns from taxed income via stock market. Incremental gain of 10 lakh from salary is taxed at 30% while Incremental gain from Stock market is taxed at 10% (LTCG). People don't need statistics to show how much house rent, water bill, groceries, hotels became 2X in last 2-3 years.

Non financial - PE>80 but growth is less than 20. 2. ROCE < growth by around 15% or more 3. Banking and finance - leverage more than 10, Price to book more than 4. BM Sir , Even high-income salaried class are also deploying money into stock market. The returns from FD is not matching with real inflation. Till the time government hide the real Inflation the people have to find a way to beat it. Taxation has made earning more money less rewarding as compared to getting returns from taxed income via stock market. Incremental gain of 10 lakh from salary is taxed at 30% while Incremental gain from Stock market is taxed at 10% (LTCG). People don't need statistics to show how much house rent, water bill, groceries, hotels became 2X in last 2-3 years.
Have already predicted, nifty has made a long term top on 19th jul, now crash within 4 months 😢😢
Sir sleeping elephants don’t go into PE contraction. They go into time contraction.
Time correction is also a form of pe contraction. Increase in eps but stagnation of stock price for a time period also lead to pe contraction.

But sir HAL main growth hai because space war suru hona bacha hua hai. In sabka drawback yeh hai ki yeh sarkari company hai.

Hello Basant sir gd morning, i have 90 stocks and I have recently subscribed your focused small cap, after learning from you I wanted to reduce my portfolio to limited 15/20 stocks but I have one confusion, should I blindly sell and move to your small case or based on learning should I move out of stock based on below 1. Non financial - PE>80 but growth is less than 20. 2. ROCE < growth by around 15% or more 3. Banking and finance - leverage more than 10, Price to book more than 4.
