"I don't think these have keybinds for them.." He says, staring at the entire list of said keybinds. The controls that you were clicking have their keybinds listed right on the button. Which somehow you noticed instantly on the crane controls, and not at all for the outriggers. In the case of the outriggers, D to extend, A to retract, S to lower, and W to raise. Using the keybinds will control both sides at the same time, making it much faster. Though you do still have to do center and rear separately.
Thanks for the video. Looks like that heavy recovery vehicle would benefit greatly from a steering rear axle. It has the turning radius of a VLCC, lol. Employee of the month award once again goes to: Otto P. Ilot, the man, the legend. Looking forward to the next video. Take care.
That engine throttle system powering the hydraulics is pretty sweet and has also been added to a few older vehicles. Also I think it'd be worth your time going back to that tow truck dealer and actually go inside the main building while recording.
as someone who watches a lot of Ron Pratt and Pepe's Towing; I've longed for a game that gives us the opportunity to run a rotator. Guess we finally got it
I've had more fun with the rotator and roll back, that I haven't bothered anything else. One thing that'll help with turning, is if you leave the under reach/ underlift out enough to allow the trailing vehicle room to not hit the back of the rotator. My first tow, was a 24 foot box truck, and I didn't leave any room for it to turn behind me. Almost bought a new box truck and paid for repairs to the rotator.
one of the first thing i did was make a reverse route to olle ring, because that always has people at most of the stops, and currently spent 2 days doing the grind to get from level20 to level 50 to get the rotator
You can do this with the Unimog tow rig (Brutus is it called in game?) Use a single line, and engage 4L with Lock. I think I caused 2% damage doing it that way.
Yhea, i was making decent money. But bought a vehicle that is useless at this moment for me. Need to supply the factory with resources before i can use it.

I eventually saw those. 😁

Otto is a champ
As a person who does this for a living in the military, it’s great to see in a game.
Would not be a motor town episode without the rain. Ron Pratt would be proud.
The last time I played this game it supported my 18 speed shifter. The devs are doing a great job on this game...
Nice! I have a wheel, pedals, and shifter but don't have it hooked up very often so haven't tried with this game.

I'll check it out

Ron's channel is great!

Awesome truck :)
Takes over a million bucks to get right with all the 300k winches lol
This answers the age old question “who tows the towers?”
Looks kind of like Alls Green Goblin

You joke about jumping on the hood - but the game does actually model that, if someone is jumping on it.
I would go to axles
The keybinds are on your screen my friend, but they're all WASD. It's unfortunate that we can't set them to axes and use joysticks or quadrants.
ope, you got it. Yeah definitely understandable.
Haven't played motortown in awhile! Is this a mod or actually added into the game?
I'm not using any mods. This was just recently added to the game. Thanks for watching!
@@KerboOnYT thanks Kerbo! Have ya had a great new years 🙂
I had to pick this game up from steam after i watch some episodes fro. you. Have been playing ever since.
Still poor. Made some newbie mistakes xD
Once you get over the initial hump it's pretty easy to make money. Good luck!

Does anyone know if this game supports thrustmaster steering wheel
I'm not sure about wheel support. I have only used mouse and keyboard.
scale isnt right, needs to be bigger
