You can always watch BW highlights from Sonic's starleague. It's not pro BW, but Kim Carrier is on board so this hope for a true revival. I miss pro BW so much it makes me wanna cry tho.
Also, keep in mind that SC2 is much much younger than BW. The game is "perfect". It's very well balanced, with every part of the game thought out. SC2 is still in it's "rougher" stages, in both balance and gameplay development.

SC2 and BW are two very different games. If you want fancy graphics and good fun game then you play SC2. If you want to sweat, ache your fingers, and get your eye dried, you play Starcraft Brood War.

If only SC2 didn't suck balls. Suddenly beating koreans who practice for 12 hrs daily doesn't mean foreigners have gotten good enough suddenly...it means the skillroof is far lower in SC2. No multitasking required just mass deathball and clash into opponents deathball. Never really followed BW but it's far more entertaining to watch. 04:30 I heard something about this not being allowed (placing a flying building over a turret to avoid targeting)? Legal in pro games?
There was a bug which allowed an observer to be placed on top of a turret and the turret couldn't shoot it down or something if i'm not mistaken and this trick was surely banned from pro games, however, hiding units with flying buildings was completely legal :)
