    There is no formal pattern for this project, just this video. This project is domestic friendly - I made mine using my Janome 15000. I Even added a wrist strap to one by using a scrap of cork and a rivet (not shown in video). These are so quick and easy to make! I can't wait to see yours!

    Have just made this little wallet and am delighted with how it came together. Also found, that because I was using scraps of cork I was able to get the parts for the swivel hook and the snap tabs out of the pieces cut out for the zip, and the cut piece from the ID window. Win Win. (They were going to be left off, originally) Thank you from the UK for this lovely free pattern

    Love the size, practicality and simplicity of this wallet Jessica. The fact that there is a perfect spot which accommodates the universal vaccine card was a genuine Bob Ross style "Happy Little Accident"! LOL! Truly though, having a spot in a wallet that fits our vaccine cards, is an issue which has been the topic of many discussions amongst my family, friends, & neighbors. I can see myself making SEVERAL of these wallets for people in my life! I like the addition of both the swivel hook and the snap cover for the cards. Thank you for the excellent tutorial! ~~Christy~~

    Excellent as with all your tutorials. Being an Educator I can tell natural teaching talent when I see it! Great job... Making several of these... thanks so much for ALL the tips and tricks and for the FREE pattern, Question.... Could you line the zipper panel if you want a lined zip pocket or would it interfere with the end enclosure of the wallet?

    • @SewManyCreations
      @SewManyCreations  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for the compliment 😊 I think you could line the zippered pocket as long as the extra layer or thickness wouldn’t be too much on your machine.

    Hi, love this pattern, I have a rivet press but not your brand they have two types of snaps, one is stronger than the other ,would a stronger snap be too much for the cork , I used a magnetic snap on my day break I used vinyl and it ripped ,so I’m thinking the magnet was too strong?

    You are a great teacher, and I just love this little wallet! However, I’m so frustrated with my sewing machine! The Janome Memory Craft 9400 just can’t handle wallet-making🥴. I’m thinking about trading it in for an HD9 professional… or other… looking for suggestions! Do you have any advice on this??

    • @SewManyCreations
      @SewManyCreations  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you 😊 I do test everything on my domestic. I currently have a Janome Skyline S9. Sometimes it can be the needle, thread or feet that make a huge difference in bag making. I do love my HD9 and would recommend it to anyone looking for a heavy duty machine to make bags!

      @@SewManyCreations Thank you! I will test drive the HD9 this week, as I’m blessed to have an awesome Janome dealer just up the road. With my 9400, I have found that my 1/4- inch walking foot is a must, along with a microtech needle… but I just never get awesome results with multiple thick layers, sigh. I appreciate your tips!!!
