The memories of taking family members from 1993 until 2006 combined with your Fathers amazement and joy, brought a tear, Okay hundreds. Thanks for sharing such a special time.
Very well done Rory. Must have been very exciting for your dad. This is something you will cherish forever. I will be going to the Players Championship in August with my son and I am really looking forward to that.
It was a great week but then again The Masters has a habit of being the best event of the year. Back nine on Sunday...nothing like it outside of The Ryder Cup!
Brilliant vlog. I was so happy to watch you and your Dad enjoying the experience. Real people. Real enjoyment. No annoying fake bloke taking over the show.
I got a little emotional editing it to be honest. A great day and definitely something a golfing family needs to do! Email me at raymondo@yourgolftravel.com if you ever need any more info on setting up a trip my friend.
Awesome video.Your dad seems a lovely man. I laughed when he said "no mashed potatoes". I hadn't thought of that but it is so true. Wish every event had the class of the Masters tournament. Thanks Rory.
It's a great point...plenty of people having their fair of beers and lots of fun but no attention seeking dumba***s looking for their 15 seconds of fame...Masters has it down. The best event in golf!
Great video Rory, this is definitely something I would like to do one day. Good to hear what your dad thought! Hope you both enjoy the rest of your time there.
thanks for sharing a rare opportunity to visit Augusta vicariously with your dad. can see where you get your considerate, considered way. cheers to you both ps: as one who spends half the year in the American southeast (other half in EU), it is good that the hospitality/friendliness is appreciated. there are certainly shortcomings to this area, but there are a majority of people abiding by the gentility and graciousness of the South
Superb video, it’s nice to hear about going on non tournament days and all the ins and outs of the course and the advantages of this! You can hear the excitement in your dads voice, brilliant would love to take my dad. I wanna goooooooo! Maybe 2021! Nice to see Mr Llewelyn!
Great vid bra can't wait to see what else happens. Super pumped to see you there with your old man can see it means a lot to you to have him there keep it up 👍👍
You and your dad couldn't have picked a better day than the day Tiger was making his move up the leaderboard. Btw, good on you for taking your dad, something i'm sure he'll cherish.
Great video, think your very lucky in your job to be able to do this with your dad who seems a great bloke , you should do more videos with him as better entertainment than Crossfield
Rory - this is a great video! I hope to meet you someday because I'm anticipating that you're at least half as wonderful as as your Dad. I sat next to him all day Friday and we had a GREAT time. I second all of his comments in this video - and I also agree with you that hopefully he won't make this a "once in a lifetime" experience. See you both next year! :)
Thanks Bill....shame you cant take video footage within the grounds but I understand why. Every Tom, Dick and Harry would be brandishing a camera if you could and that would certainly take away from the magical Masters experience.
Heeeyy!! I traveled to that church behind you at 0:43 Whole Life Ministries. I got healed over there at their Healing Explosion conference in March 2019. Pastor Sandra Kennedy is beyond awesome! The healing anointing there is powerful and real.
I went to the Masters in 2017. I attended 2 tournament rounds and 1 practice round. If you want to ENJOY the Masters, stay at home, invite some mates over and enjoy it on the telly. If you want to tick a box that you've been to Augusta, then cough up $12k
Ahhhh opinions. While we're on that subject, having been to The Masters 4 times and been surrounded by people who have been a lot more than that, I've never heard anyone say they didn't love their experience. Sorry to hear you didn't. 👍
Mr. llewellyn!!!....nuff said! Old man Anderson really makes me hope that he runs a bed and breakfast. He seems like a genuinely great dude. Someone you could just have a chat with!
He does...mid twenties handicapper...think 24 at the moment. Will be interesting to see him take on the Ocean Course at Kiawah Island which we're doing next week!
You shouldn't call people 'driver' - you're acting like he is beneath you. At least take the time to get to know his name before addressing him. Never lose sight of people who do real work.
His name is Carl. I met him 2 seconds before I hopped in the van. Then caught up with him after I came out of the golf. And then spent time with him throughout the week and shared some great laughs. I can assure you he wasn’t offended.
I lost my dad last year. Unfortunately, we never made it there. You're a good son Rory! Enjoy your time at Augusta! God bless you and your dad.
Hit me in the feels. So sorry for your loss, truly am.

Been trying to win tickets for 20 years+ and always missing out. Paying for a package like yours is just so expensive.
Brill vlog you only get the one dad enjoy 👍
Cheers Paul...was a great day!
You picked one hell of a Masters to go to.
Yep! Will have to take the old man again next year so Tiger wins again!
Heeeyy!! I traveled to that church behind you at 0:43 Whole Life Ministries. I got healed over there at their Healing Explosion conference in March 2019. Pastor Sandra Kennedy is beyond awesome! The healing anointing there is powerful and real.
Only 12k subs? Youre on the way to a huge channel and tons of followers mate!
13 now...but more required. Onwards and upwards!
Mr. Llewellen!!!
The man, the myth, the legend.
Imagine taking your Dad and leaving poor old Dan back home 😂👍
Haha Dan is coming next year. Muppet Masters tour is officially a thing: www.yourgolftravel.com/mark-crossfield#masters
Man I wish I could get there someday. Seriously expensive to go if you are coming from South Africa.
It's costly for everyone really. But if you need a package quoted with flights from SA just shout. Always happy to help. raymondo@yourgolftravel.com
Oh, Rory, you were in this vlog. I can see now why your keeping those long locks. Let it go, it will happen.

Part? Born and bred my friend. Even have the passport to prove it. ;-) Just lived in England too long to have gotten the Irish accent!

Dude your dad looks like Sean Connery at around 5:47.
Do NOT tell him that...he never stops talking about that fact haha. ;-)
Great video Rory!
Can't quite place the accent. The Midlands, Laois or Offaly maybe?
Jack I’m going to say South Dublin possibly Wicklow direction

MR. LU-ELLEN
Florida Putting God in the flesh....
Don’t you mean Augusta 2019??
I do. Thanks for spotting that!
Why do you say scran for food?
I believe it originated in The Navy and is now just a fairly common slang term in the UK.
Your Golf Travel I did a couple of years in the mob. Wondered if you had a connection.
Hi Rory, I felt like I saw the real you. Not the person in the four balls. 👍
I'm not sure how different I am in either situation but thanks I guess! Try to be me at all times.
I bet your dad is a 7 handicap! We kid, we kid.
Haha he wishes. 7 x 3.5... ;-)
Course you did, cos you got it free
My dad was fully paid up and I was working?
No muppets this year ?
Next year bruh...next year. Hosted Muppets Masters tour: www.yourgolftravel.com/mark-crossfield#masters
