Why would ppl dislike this video?! This art work is so amazing it literally takes me a hour just to paint and think of something to make this art work is so amazing and the music is so calming!
Because this is not art, it is gauche like garden gnomes. My pupils watch these videos and think this is art, ugh. Do you have idea how much work takes to prove them wrong? This is … pastel coloration and assimilation of two unlikely visuals, no sense of detail. Only plus point I send to clouds, they are semi good. But rest…, ugh.

It might not be Bob Ross or Van Gogh-level art but it's not fair to say this isn't art to your students. How would you feel if you showed someone a video of a certain art style you like then they said "Oh that's not art. That is just garbage techniques with no talent."? It would be hurtful to hear that for anyone especially if it's coming from a teacher. The point of the videos is to prove you can make art in quick work for beginners then they can move on to other levels and forms of art from this point on. Also, some use these artwork videos to help them relax while they work their own art. I mean from a gamer's perspective it's like saying console/pc games are not in the same category as mobile apps which is not true since they are both video games in their own right. It's very insulting to make those comments toward Serena's art because it still makes an impact on her in general plus anyone who has read your comment. You have your own opinions which you are allowed to say but you should be more mindful of other people's feelings too.
