It is painted so well but the picture makes me sad. Looks like the spaceship crashed and the man is stranded, may be living his last moments thinking about earth 😶
Nothing offensive but in my opinion sister you could be a bit positive may be like a successful astronaut thinking about that one shooting star at the time when his journey began which changed his life which turned his imagination into reality which let him conquered the eternity to light the whole human society with outer space knowledge.
I am not a saint but in my opinion we can see happiness in everything be optimistic.

I was one of the first subscribers. Imagine my awe when I remembered this painting today and I saw the channel has more than 3 MILLION subscribers. This one was the first, I think 🤔? Look at how many people got touched by this spaceman. I guess we see some portion of ourselves on him - full of things to say and feel and so lonely to share them.
The most satisfying part is seeing those tapes being removed and revealing those sharp clean straight boarders.

this reminds me of march-april 2020, the best/happiest days of my life. i remember watching this multiple times, mostly for the music though i enjoyed the painting too. man i miss those times. i come back mostly for the nostalgia. i miss 2020

i dont know exactly why, but this made me cry. i kinda related to this on a personal level. for years i have been struggling. i became very distant from my family and i have lost loads of friends. i feel like im trapped in a hole that i cant get out of. i want everything to go back to the way it was, but it just feels impossible. i can relate to this painting because i feel like i have no way to get back to how things were. all i can really do now is sit alone in my room and have a good cry. thank you so much for painting this. it somehow makes me feel a lot better.

This is the feeling I got from this- “You never realize how much you love something until it’s gone” -{also this made me cry ;^;}
You should make a painting where it’s raining and make the rain grey to signify sadness and grief, but then at the bottom there’s someone curled up on the ground with another person holding an umbrella of rainbows over them as the person on the ground looks up confused. But the umbrella only has room for one person so the person holding it has to stand in the rain but they are content because they made someone else happy. That would make me cry

My own backstory of this painting:
Maybe he's looking for earth but he's already on it.... he's been in space for so long, isolated and alone for some time. Once he lands back on earth... something so familiar looks so strange once in a different light. Time has changed when he came back and he don't know what else to do but look out for something out there now.

The painting's meaning for me is when people misses home, or missing the feeling of being home but the spaceship crashed so he can't do nothing more, but look at home at the flashlight (which I think represents memories, or past things) he can only look at it but can't go back to it, thats why the painting is titled "spaceman looking for earth"
