2021 - Still working. Took a few tries. The menus were slightly different. When selecting client certificate i had to use a button rather than the option coming up by itself and there were maybe 2 other steps, pop up windows that appeared, but basically the same. Thank you for the video!

I did everything you show except after I put the pattern for the second time it sends me to verify account previously sync to this device. If I take it to TMobile can they reset it for me knowing its my phone?

i am uploading the second video, try it and it may help you, but always try to hard reset or factory reset. because by doing hard reset it will remove some of the new security updates etc..
