- **missed from the video: iGyro SAT gain values are based on a maximum of 50% travel in FM1 and 100% travel in FM2!
This plane put me to the test! First with the paint, and then with the 3D flying! It took a while but finally after a lot of testing and crashing, we got it working... and here is how!!!

Amazing Flight skills and persistence with your Vector thrust Funjet! I had no idea the Funjet platform could have such capabilities, and I'd love to try Vectored once I get comfortable flying my Radjet.

I have a similar model called the "RadJet ". I tried flying on a 2200mah 3s lipo, but it's to heavy in tight turns. I'm going to try the 1300mah 3s lipo next time. Hopefully it will fly better next time. Thanks for the thrust vector tip. Looks cool!
I would suggest if it is flying heavy it may simply be a little nose heavy... try the same pack just a little further back 🤓
Yeah i fly my radjet with 2200mah 3s. Flies perfect
@@oe.nygren Ok. I'm assuming the pack has to be shoved right underneath the canopy nearing the cg point.
@@nicksrc908 yes i have mine far in the fuse. Front of battery in line with the rear of the canopy

Martin, you tell the different gain and heading lock settings of the 3 flight modes. How do you set "Characteristic and Stick Priority" ? At the display of your CORE at FM2 it shows "Hard" at Aileron A , I have now build the Funjet 2 ultra with Vector & the SAB Lizard identically with all components like in your videos, so I want also to copy all the settings.

These plastic parts are the same in the landing gear from Lentus and work there terrible too. Had to change it too.
I try since 3 days to set the different gain and heading lock settings of the 3 flight modes. It is not possible for me. I have chattet with Richard Deutsch at the PBS Forum and he told me, it is impossible to set different gains at different axles in different flight modes. But you show it at you video from 9:44 till 11:00 minutes. Please help me.

It can be done, I've hovered all kinds of planes without a gyro😋 but it takes alot of practice. A gyro will definitely help though, good luck.

Do you fly mode 1 or mode 2? Thanks EDIT: ok clearly mode 2 as seen at 1:29 I have a 10-year old funjet ultra with the servos still installed. I bet it would really scream with a modern power system- I had a 3 cell setup with an older inrunner drawing about 600 watts.
First flight.... launches it vertically upwards. Martin, I think you may have setup a few too many models over the years!

Buenas Adrian, llevo todo el equipo original de la casa tal como comento en el video, lo único que le cambié fue la hélice y el CG, pero el equipo de serie en cuanto a motor variados etc es perfecto!!

Yo creo que para que no se desgaste la parte de abajo yo le pondría un plástico pintado para q la barriga no se rompa
Lleva unos papeles de lija pegados que funcionan bastante bien. De todas formas el kit trae unos adhesivos que en principio cumplen la misma funcion.

Did you fly it with only 1 3S lipo or 2 ? i cant get the CG good with only 1
Hi Bart, using a single 3S lipo. I cut out about 1cm extra forward to get the battery a little more forward, and still need about 40g weight to make it balance in the right place
