I prepared this recipe today 24/01/2023. I realised that I need to mix 2 tablespoons maida in the Cauliflower paste. And simple cauliflower sabzi has its own special taste.... sometimes keeping things simple and traditional is the best way. The cauliflower paste cubes break n dilute too in the gravy. Paneer has no replacement...will not be repeating this recipe. Will enjoy cauliflower sabzi traditionally cooked
I already knew it will not work . So not gonna try . Something’s are better their usual way .
