I like Kooleen's art, but I feel like part of her videos are trying to form your artstyle into more of hers like "do this like this, and that like that" and there is a line between what to do and what not to do, but you should be able to do most of your art in the way you'd like it to be
That big-medium-small thing is kind of common sense, like something I'm sure ppl include in their artwork subconsciously, but it was enlightening in the sense that I should play with it more.

One of the only "art tips" ppl i watch is ethan becker 'cause my style isn't really "anime boy" and my style doesn't use a lot of lineart.. so I don't have a horror story but i CAN compliment him on his good tips.. even if I don't plan on animating, I do wanna make comics, and tips on simplifying & shape and tangents are very useful in many ways
