His attention seeking is what got them on good terms with the seniors in the entertainment industry as they went on shows. Always respectable. He did his best to please so the members could live freely. Being the negotiator on disputes, getting their label, and advocating for idols in the industry. He is a leader among leaders!

Leeteuk chooses Donghae as the best leader if given a chance. In Super Junior Return 4, it was said that Donghae is a pacifist. He may not be good with words, but his love for his members is unimaginable (all of them, not just him.). However, I still think Leeteuk is the best leader for their team.
