OK, I really wanted to make this one but then I did some research for the parts required by this project, the most expensive part is the 050 motor + gear box , shipping included it costs 15$ or so, then there is only one seller sell this suitable motor gear combo (3V 160 rpm 050 motor ) , others are all N20 or N30, and voltage is 6V to 12V, and the RPM is not right. Other parts like bit shank and motor shank connectors , lion battery etc....it may costs another $15 or so....and connecting the bit holder and gearbox seems not easy they may not match depends on where you get your parts....then I also took a look at the cheapest power screw driver in aliexp it cost about $20.., better one costs $30-$60 (Wowstick SD should be a similar product, $50-$60, many screw bits included, with a long shank). so I gave up my plan of making it myself, and ....I'll keep using hand power screw driver.

Yup. It's cheaper to buy one. You can get the one from Walmart for under 10 bucks and it comes with all the bits. Granted not as powerful but it works for small stuff. Other than that it's a good idea.
Nice comment :D it's kinda cool to make this thing, but then again as you said the good old hand version makes more sense if you use it sometimes and not like you screw at least 100 screws every day

Great build however the superglue makes it permanent and not serviceable. I would have opted for hot glue in places where you might want to open up in the future. All in all it's a great idea. Already have the big one so maybe I might make a small one for my work bench or an adapter for my bigger driver.
don't worry - the superglue joint will fall apart by itself.

Nice build. I would have done the following differently.
Firstly, I would have used a 18650 4000 mAh with a 3V 50 rpm motor as I will want the longevity and power. Secondly, I would have used hot glue for the battery and the control-charging board as I may want to change the battery in the future. A tool like this is one i will want to keep for yrs as it will be repeatedly used. Taking some shrink-wrap and splitting it down the middle and covering the switches would have been a must for me as I would not want any liquids to get into it, even moisture.

What happened when we press both switch at the same time??????
Definitely, a short circuit
Nothing, in the default position the motor is connected to two negatives then it doesn't spin, if the two buttons are pressed the motor is connected to two positives so it also doesn't spins. No short circuit, at all, you can test the circuit replacing the power with a 1.5v battery and the motor with two leds connected in opposition.
