They got to taste all types of chocolate bars like Snickers, Milky Way, 3 Musketeers, Hershey's, Kit Kat, and Twix! Have you tried these popular chocolate candy before? Will the moms love it? fun fact about Hersheys chocolate. due to milk spoilage, chocolate actually goes bad fairly quickly so to combat this Hershey's added butyric acid (also found in vomit 🤢) to their milk in their chocolate to preserve it for FAR longer.
This is why many Europeans think Hersheys chocolate tastes like trash, as butyric acid is not used commonly in Europe.
TBF i dont prefer hersheys myself but it is a cheap option for smores or melting chocolate for baking 😁😁
They didn’t necessarily add butyric acid, but they cooked the milk to make it shelf stable to add to the chocolate. Which gives it a ~spoiled~ fermenty taste, and creates the acid. European chocolate usually uses condensed milk so it’s sweeter and richer, also why they don’t like the taste of American chocolates.
Yeah I always thought Hershey’s had a “different” aftertaste, even growing up as a Chicano kid in the US

@@tacthom si, ella tiene alergia. cada vez que Lucy está en un video y si una comida o un refrigerio contiene maní o almendras, no la muestran comiéndolos debido a su alergia.

I know what she means by plain Hershey's. It has an aftertaste that I can't describe. If it has almonds in it, I can eat it. The almonds mask that aftertaste. I guess it's cheap chocolate, so what should I expect.

Kit Kat comes in mocha flavor and mint flavor. They're both very good. My favorite is pretty much anything chocolate and mint though - Junior Mints, York Peppermint Patty, etc...
