    Dana pirzola mühürlenip 200 derecelik fırında bir saat pişirilir
    Makarnalar servis önerisine göre haşlanıp süzülür
    Soğan biber sarımsak tavada kavrulur et julyen doğranıp içine atılır krema eklenip kaynama noktasına gelince makarnalar eklenip servis edilir
    Servis önerisi olarak taze nane eklenir

    Materials
    One veal cutlet 350 Gr
    two onions
    two capia peppers
    two cloves of garlic
    250 G dry pasta
    200 ml cooking cream
    fresh mint
    Salt
    oil
    Preparation
    Veal cutlets are sealed and cooked in the oven at 200 degrees for one hour. Pasta is boiled and drained according to the service recommendation. Onion, pepper, garlic are roasted in a pan, meat is julienned and thrown in, cream is added and when it reaches the boiling point, pasta is added and served. Add fresh mint as a serving suggestion.
