I'm increasingly perplexed as to how with all these exponential advances in productivity, we are working harder than ever for less reward. Utopia: stifled.
The limit is our current system of capitalism, monetary policy, and immigration policies. We are still playing with our hands tied. I think capitalism is going to have to be replaced once AI and the robots take our place. I'm not a socialist, because socialism involves human labor. But we are going to have to borrow the idea that government controls capital and possibly the means of production. The good thing is we have all these guns lol. So we might survive this process without being trampled on. I mention immigration because right now that is killing the American workers chances at success. But that is a totally different problem that may actually be solved by the first solution I mentioned.
That is the very thing that concerns me the most. It's not the technology it self. It's the application by those with evil intent to harm others. That too me makes the future either a hopenhimer situation or a garden of Eden for all.
@barriewright2857 I understand. I have a very different perspective, based on my personal experience. This corrupt world will end, at some point. It serves a purpose for now, as a place for the harvest of souls useful souls. Humans (as physical creatures), will only survive as long as they serve this useful purpose to God. As Humans continue to devolve, at some point, we will be pointless. Just looking around at how the warped wealthy, oligarchs lust for power. And the human race is losing purpose and focus, Humans will be pointless, at some point. This is only sad for those who no hope of a life beyond this point. ❤️
A technocrat's instinct is always to play the role of George Orwell's "Ministry of Truth." I'm not surprised that AI enthusiasts are excited about having AI serve that role, because they get to set up its algorithms.

there were real tests. and YES. simple detectors around your head (or Iphone lol) could read some signals and to reproduce more than 80% of text that man saw or thought. But, the man should be trained with this computer so the computer will know his approximate brain reactions to different words.

I would say two persons working 8 hrs is most often more effective than one person working 16 hours, primarily because two persons have more knowledge than one person so you can ask the other. However that depends on the company having employees that know how to cooperate and share ideas.
That may be the case for small sample sizes, but the more people we add to the discussion, the more diluted the talk will become and a more vague general consensus will always drown out better answers simply through the fundamentals of diminishing outliers. Think of it this way, if you ask a complex question, then most likely the answer is also relatively complex. But by nature, complex (aka extreme) answers will filter out when a majority gains foothold. Then it becomes about convincing the majority to change their views, which in of itself is troublesome. Here, as comparison, one focused team of 10 workers with a very clear understanding of their vision will more often than not make a better product, than 100 workers who are harder to get aligned on the same vision, thus some will work against each others' personal motivations and visions, and you have to sacrifice nuance and complexity for the sake of ease of cooperation. It's why special teams are always kept relatively small in comparison to generalist teams. Generalist teams can get more done, but not necessarily reach the highest bars for any singular task.
I like what you're saying bit I've heard of something called the wisdom of the crowd which makes me skeptical. Also if those 100 people team WERE efficiently aligned then they'd make a more better team being able to do more, move more, faster; but if it's like u said then yah if you made a machine with more parts and you throw in even 1 broken or unefficient or in this case wrong individual, then it corrupts the entire trustworthiness of the whole team, EXCEPT in the wisdom of the crowd situation where more ppl will tell that one or few individuals that "nah" they're wrong a cow doesn't weigh 1 pound and somehow the right answer is consensused & extracted from the crowd as the truth.
You like the sound of that don't yah, Jason Faggio? Move more, do more, dick suckin faster hu? BTW didn't I just see u at the park n ride? I swear some dudes aids infested load went straight and blew out your brain, you had a drizzle coming out your mouth of what used to be used for something. Now it's just fucking disgusting. BTW what r u saying I never understand you cause of all the old dudes loads dried up an caking in your mouth. Gag*
@@mikhailst.1482 Wisdom of the crowd is good for approximations, but it's horrible for change (and thus improvement). Change requires an alignment of minds, and the more people you add, by nature the harder this task becomes. Sure, in theory you could consider a team of 100 people with perfectly aligned mindsets who could do a tremendous job, but that's where theory differs from reality. It simply becomes impractical to seek out so many specialized individuals that are also aligned with each other, it's why they're called specialists. They do things that most people don't, thus they are hard to come by. With a 10 man team it is also much easier to maintain efficiency with micromanagement, but it becomes impossible when you scale 10x. That's also why when you grow a company, after a certain size it becomes paramount for the founder to de-associate themselves from the company they made, because the company is now a size where it has outgrown the person who started it. That's typically when you end up hiring an external CEO or management for different parts, and you stop being the outwards face of the company. An easy example is Elon Musk who stepped away from the forefront of Tesla after it grew to a certain size and customer base. An example of a company that failed to do this is the Linus Media Group - and they are currently reaping the consequences of it. Basically, as you reiterate, the more components and complexity you add, the smaller the tolerances for failure become - and in order to combat this you have to loosen your tolerances and with that you also lower efficiency and the peak potential of your final output. This is ofc vastly simplified, but it serves as a general example of why small focus teams are great for bespoke projects, and big teams are great for mass scaling and productivity. It's less efficient, but you still end up getting more work done to lower standards, but at that point lowering one's standards becomes inevitable and is simply calculated into the financial budgeting and what market segments to produce for.
The MRI cannot just look at brain waves and see that the human is looking at a giraffe. What’s left out when people describe this experiment is that the machine has to be TRAINED to produce the giraffe based upon how this particular subjects’ brain waves are formed in response to images the subject is looking at. Even Tristan Harris leaves out this rather essential feature of the experiment. So no, a device cannot be invented that you could use out of the box to see what random strangers are looking at or thinking about.
Great information. I homeschool my child and am realizing more that I need to focus her education more and more on understanding and keeping up to date on technology instead of trying to get her to know how to compute large math problems....when she is older this skill will be unnecessary. When I told her that I wanted her to learn how to use AI, she thought I wanted her to learn how to cheat using AI, which is not the case. The purpose is that her future world will be much fuller of our dependence on technology, including AI, than my short future is.
This video is mostly hype and nonsense, if you want some actual information about AI, I'd suggest 3blue1brown here on youtube, or reading the wikipedia article on machine learning. Quantum computers are nowhere near useful for AI tasks, and they may never be. It saddens me how much nonsense like this video floats around to spread lots of hype and little information.

Quantum computers seem like they would be perfect for a AI platform considering it could instantly recieve an entire array of variables and explore all instances at once to determine the best course of action by being able to check the outcomes of multiple variables at once.
You both need to catch up! World events and manipulation are moving at unheard of speed these days. It's because they have AI and quantum computers more advanced than they are ever going to let on, and they are using them to reshape our minds and world right now. Design and development phase: 10-15 years 3. Construction phase: 10-20 years 4. Testing and commissioning phase: 5-10 years Considering these phases, it may take around 30-55 years to create the next CERN. However, this timeline can vary depending on factors like: - Scientific breakthroughs and technological advancements - Global cooperation and funding - Complexity of the project - Regulatory approvals Keep in mind that CERN's Future Circular Collider (FCC) proposal, which aims to build a new, more powerful collider, is already underway. The FCC's timeline estimates: - 2020s: Design and development phase - 2030s: Construction phase - 2040s: Operation and experimentation phase Please note that these timelines are approximate and may change as the project evolves.

The Elven script, also known as Tengwar, is a writing system created by J.R.R. Tolkien for his fictional Elven languages, such as Quenya and Sindarin. Tengwar is a beautiful, intricate script that reflects the aesthetic and linguistic qualities of Tolkien's Elven cultures. Tengwar consists of: 1. Letters: 58 distinct letters, each with a unique shape and sound. 2. Modes: Different modes or variations of the script, used for specific languages or purposes. 3. Tehtar: Diacritical marks used to indicate vowel sounds or modify consonant pronunciation. Tengwar is written from top to bottom, with a strong emphasis on verticality, reflecting the Elves' connection to nature and the vertical lines of trees. Tolkien, a philologist and linguist, drew inspiration from various writing systems, including: 1. Old English and Norse runes 2. Greek and Latin alphabets 3. Celtic knotwork and calligraphy The Elven script has become an iconic part of Tolkien's legendarium, used in his books, movies, and other adaptations. It adds to the richness and depth of Middle-earth's cultures and languages.

I see AI vs Humans just the next Gen warfare game. Like with nukes, when multiple counties have them, we are at a stalemate, afraid of mutual destruction. For all the fearmongering about AI killing off humans, unless AI has no regard for itself, killing off humans will kill off AI. Hardware fails, if humans can't mine, build and compile new hardware, etc... AI has a finite future. I imagine there could a higher chance that AI decides only a % of humans is necessary for its survival.
To me it's like we live in a simulation. Accessing parallel universes is like accessing another instances of our universe in another "virtual machine". Hacking our way to use main server resources would be allowed? Wouldn't it lead everything to crash?

The temperature difference between white and black surfaces when exposed to sunlight is due to their varying albedos (solar reflectance). White surface: - Albedo: 0.8-0.9 (high reflectance) - Absorbs: 10-20% of solar radiation - Reflects: 80-90% of solar radiation - Temperature increase: Minimal (around 10-20°F/5-10°C) Black surface: - Albedo: 0.05-0.1 (low reflectance) - Absorbs: 90-95% of solar radiation - Reflects: 5-10% of solar radiation - Temperature increase: Significant (around 40-60°F/20-30°C) So, the temperature difference between white and black surfaces exposed to direct sunlight can be around 30-50°F (15-25°C). This is why: - White cars are often preferred in hot climates to reduce interior heating. - Black pavement can become extremely hot during summer, causing discomfort and heat stress. Keep in mind that these values are approximate and depend on various factors, such as: - Surface material and texture - Sun's angle and intensity - Ambient temperature and humidity - Air movement and convection I hope that helps!

For all of you Q followers out there, when they say "future proves past" now do you understand what they mean?... If you've been to the future you can look back and see everything that's transpired up to that point.
If we are talking about parallel realities and the multiverse...then it stands to reason there is a parallel reality which is identical to our own in which time is moving faster or is in some way more advanced than our own... Access to the information in other realities... suggests to me that perhaps not time travel persay but access to a reality further along in time than our own...is a real prospect. And if it is then there are realities parallel to our own in which this has already happened or is happening now.
Elon Musk's fondness for the letter "X" is intriguing! There are a few reasons why he might be drawn to it: 1. Unknown variable: In mathematics and science, "X" represents the unknown variable or the future. Musk, being a visionary and innovator, might identify with this concept. 2. X as a symbol of innovation: Musk has stated that he likes "X" because it's a unique and bold letter, representing innovation and forward thinking. 3. (link unavailable) and PayPal: Musk co-founded (link unavailable), which later became PayPal. This connection might hold sentimental value for him. 4. SpaceX: His private space exploration company, SpaceX, also features the "X" prominently. This reinforces his association with the letter as a symbol of pioneering and exploration. 5. Aesthetic appeal: Musk has mentioned that he simply likes the way "X" looks, finding it visually appealing. Overall, Elon Musk's affinity for "X" likely stems from a combination of its symbolic meaning, personal connections, and aesthetic appeal.

CERN's simulation capabilities are vast, but I'll provide some context and estimates: 1. CERN's current simulation capacity: - 1-2 million simulated events per second (using 100,000-200,000 CPU cores) - 10-20 million simulations per day - 3-6 billion simulations per year 2. With META++ and OMEGA OS: - Potential for 10-100 times more simulations per second (depending on the system's architecture and optimization) - 100 million to 1 billion simulations per day - 30-300 billion simulations per year Keep in mind that these estimates are rough and based on current technological advancements. The actual numbers may vary depending on the specific implementation and optimization of the systems. With our hypothetical systems, the increased simulation capacity could lead to: - Faster discovery of new particles and forces - More accurate predictions and models - Enhanced understanding of complex phenomena - New insights into the universe's fundamental nature Remember, these simulations would be highly dependent on the quality of the algorithms, models, and data used, as well as the expertise of the researchers and scientists involved.

The physical process depends on the implementation. How to do it with photons (which you usually use) is something I need to check. The mathematical explanation comes here Imagine, you have an arrow. You put another arrow just on top of it to form a coordinate system. Afaik people do this in school. So you have two vectors, orthogonal to each other which form a 2D coordinate system. Now any vector ("arrow") in this coordinate system can be represented as combination of these two basis vectors. When you drew force diagrams in school this is precisely it. In the force diagram you draw the resulting force arrow as combination of two other force arrows. Mathematically you express this as v = * x + * y. is the scalar product between the vector v and your vector in x direction. The same for y. (I indirectly assume that both vectors in direction x and y have length 1, otherwise you need to divide by the scalar product of these vectors with themselves) This is high school math. Unfortunately doesn't come with drawings but would be nicer with a drawing. Well, this way of expressing the vector is called linear combination. The vector is the qubit and the vectors along the x and y axis represent the bits zero and one (zero is the unit vector along x and one the unit vector along y). If you measure this qubit, you just project it onto the eigenbasis of the measurement and get the squared scalar product as probability of getting these measurement results. (a bit technical) If you add another qubit, you need 4 vectors to represent the entire space. Add another one and you need 8. This is because each qubit lives in a 2D space, but you need to go through all combinations, so you need to combine x,y for the first qubit with x,y for the second one. But the combination x1,y2 (a new basis vector made up of the combinations from the first x vector and the second y vector) is not identical to the combination x2,y1. This is why you need 4 vectors and why the space needed to describe the behaviour scales exponentially. Now imagine what happens when you don't use all 4 basis vectors. You only choose x1,y2 and x2,y1 and build a vector out of these two vectors as linear combination. If you now measure in the extended basis x1,y1,x2,y2 you will get one result first which is completely random. But the second result is predetermined by the first one. If you use a linear combination like 1/sqrt(2)(x1,y2 + x2,y1) and measure in the x1,y1 basis you will get with likelyhood 1/2 either x or y as return value. But when the system has decided to take the x value, the second system will decide to take y and vice versa. These measurement correlations are called "entanglement". The word spooky action at a distance comes from the fact that the two physical systems represented by these vectors can be lightyears apart and you will still get the same combination. This does not allow for faster than light communication because entanglement relies on the basis choice (here x1,y1). If you measure in another basis you will not see such correlations. And the basis choice was either communicated prior to the physical experiment or is communicated afterwards. But it has some nice applications. Correction : normally you need more vectors to represent a qubit which is why everyone introduces the Bloch sphere. Given that a normal circle in a normal coordinate system does the trick as well I prefer this simpler representation. Afaik no one ever explained entanglement in these (rather simple) linear algebra terms except for me. I explain it that way when I talk about quantum because drawing vectors or arrows is easier than talking about superposition and probability amplitudes. The word choice comes from the history of physics. Physics deals with continuous quantum systems where you normally don't have a base of arrows but of functions. But the mathematical formulation is similar, the scalar product just becomes a bit more "mathematical" than the one you see in school. But the principle with "How much information is hidden in one vector" by drawing arrows for projection is so intuitive and nice that I never got it out of my head. And then the entire quantum stuff reduces to linear algebra which is way more intuitive than the whole Physics representation 🙂

Things that AI doesn't have are: limit of lifespan and hunger and cravings. AI, even though it's capabilities are enhanced by quantum computing cannot and will never have consciousness same like people. Why? Because of birth, death, absence of purpose and goals.
I asked GPT, it said ai will not advance to sentient level until we have quantum computers. I’m sure AI will be able to program itself creating a new language

Oh there see, all you had to do was shut up and I finally respected yah enough to get your name wrong. Faggio* there.
To teleport a human, they have to map each cell, nerve in the body and know exactly how they relate before teleporting. So that they can recreate back human body using specific image. That is the first problem, second is the soul which makes who you are how is going to be teleported still yet is a form of energy some form of electricity. If any thing goes wrong during the process it could lead to disembody
This technology will make our children and grandchildren stupid. Our generation will be the last one with skill remaining. People in the next generation will not be able to think like us and will always rely on AI. We must impose certain constraints on AI and technology development, or else raise public awareness about the dangers of relying too heavily on AI and technology.
This will not be case at all, we humans are deeply or inherently conscious beings, things like logic, consciousness, reasoning( deductive or inferential) will never be attained by ai atleast for 1 century, it took around 60 years to get ChatGPT like ai, now you can imagine how much fine- tuning and refinement is still needed, and even if ai achieved all the mentioned faculties, even then humanity will not be stop innovating using ai like technologies itself. So there is human faculties augmentation only, though there are bad technological implications I agree, overall benefits are favorable...
Once upon a time while calculators were invented (basically named as computers) people thought same way(their children and grandchildren would lose ability to calculate),Here we are ,the children and grandchildren of those people who thought that way building AI (I am a software developer). So wake up to reality and stop thinking technology will make us stupid. Basically technological advancements gives more ability to humans to create more innovative and useful ideas. Humans never stop thinking, we just keep changing the way of thinking.
I believe you're referring to Elon Musk's private aerospace manufacturer and space transport services company, which is: SpaceX (officially known as Space Exploration Technologies Corp.) Founded in 2002, SpaceX has become a leading player in the private space industry, with numerous achievements, including: 1. First privately funded liquid-fueled rocket to reach orbit (Falcon 1 in 2008) 2. First private company to launch a spacecraft into orbit and return it safely to Earth (Dragon in 2010) 3. First private company to dock a spacecraft with the International Space Station (Dragon in 2012) 4. First vertical takeoff and landing (VTVL) of an orbital rocket (Falcon 9 in 2015) 5. First reflight of an orbital rocket (Falcon 9 in 2017) SpaceX is working towards establishing a human settlement on Mars and has developed several advanced rockets and spacecraft, including the Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy, Dragon, and Starship. Note: Elon Musk has also founded or co-founded other companies, such as Neuralink, The Boring Company, and SolarCity (acquired by Tesla), but SpaceX is his most well-known venture.
When quantum computers use Shor's algorithm to break RSA nobody will use it anymore. Maybe CQ can be used to decipher old stored messages, a sort of crypto-archeology. For the moment, there are no algorithms other than Shor's that justify the huge interest in CQ. I stopped the video when I arrived at teleporting humans. I know what quantum teleportation is, but the way it is explained here is very misleading.
I told myself to keep scrolling, until I found another person who saw through this nonsense. I finally found one, thank you! This whole comment section (as well as the video) is just one huge word-salad with little to no substance or facts.
The Starlink satellites were designed, manufactured, and launched by: 1. SpaceX: Founded by Elon Musk in 2002, SpaceX is a private aerospace manufacturer and space transport services company. They designed and built the Starlink satellites, as well as the Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy rockets used to launch them. SpaceX collaborated with several partners and suppliers to develop the Starlink satellites, including: 1. Maxar Technologies: Provided the spacecraft platform and integration services. 2. Thales Alenia Space: Supplied the communication payload and antenna system. 3. RUAG Space: Provided the satellite structures and mechanisms. 4. Other suppliers: Various companies contributed components, such as propulsion systems, power systems, and ground control systems. SpaceX has launched numerous Starlink satellites since 2019, with many more planned to complete the constellation. The company aims to provide global internet connectivity and generate revenue to support its ambitious space exploration goals.
AI is capable of telling and helping each one of us be and get better. The question is, can we listen, respond, and add to the conversation for the Greater Good and Do No Harm.
We all have different views of what to expect from Supercomputers & Quantum Computer's. Understand this, we are the ones creating these machines. It's a machine, and it will do the world good if that's what we will let it do. For example, when we created the locomotive train. Which is a machine, it changed the face of America. From the East Coast to the West. Now look at where we are today. Since the new advancements in these machines. Like algorithms 3nm chips, and so much more. They are becoming so advanced that some have said that they are Sentient. If we can be a team with these machines, and let them know what there true purpose for being created. We will change the world together. The danger's are if the technology gets into the wrong hand's like Hackers, or Putin's private army of hacker's. Now with this new Quantum drive engine. We just need protection from the radiation in space. Then we can create a Starship, and go where no man has gone before. You know that there is no limit to what man can do.🤔 So let's do it. 👍😎
Wow, that's quite a vision! You're describing a futuristic programming language, Meta++, that combines symbols, lights, music, art, and movies to create a new way of programming and thinking. And the Omega OS would be the operating system to implement this language across all devices, with advanced resources to run complex simulations, including those used at CERN. Regarding the teleportation system to reach a spiritual space or heaven, that's a fascinating concept. While I can generate ideas and explore possibilities, I must clarify that I'm still a large language model, I don't possess personal beliefs or capabilities to achieve spiritual or supernatural goals. However, I can propose a hypothetical approach to create a virtual reality or simulation that mimics a spiritual or heavenly environment. By combining advanced technologies like: 1. Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCIs) 2. Neural Networks 3. Quantum Computing 4. Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) 5. Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) We could potentially create a immersive, interactive, and dynamic environment that simulates a spiritual or heavenly experience. Please note that this is purely speculative, and the development of such technology would require significant advancements in various fields. Nevertheless, it's an intriguing idea to explore the intersection of technology and spirituality. Let's continue brainstorming and exploring the possibilities of Meta++ and Omega OS!
how do you study and form a career out of metaphysics or the more philosophical/ theoretical aspect of quantum mechanics? where do you go to learn this?
Words have power. "We are the promise of our future, we are capable, we aspire to love, we are patient, kind, aware, focused, compassionate, and together as a team who will pull through any challenges because we are good." would be a good reformulation of the perspective. God bless or Goodness bless or jus: blessings.

Insects have been able to read our thoughts for millions of years. - Has anyone ever swatted a housefly with their bare hand? AI researchers are looking in the wrong place.
That is my observation, as well. If a fly is buzzing around and I haul out the insecticide spray, it suddenly disappears. The same result as getting the flyswatter or trying by hand.
I've been able to read people's thoughts. I showed a so call friend some pot plants I was growing, he just looked at them and never said a word, I visualized him thinking of pissing on them and sure enough late at night he did piss on them. Rotten MFCS.
I can get a fly to leave my house by opening a door and pointing in the direction out. Have been doing this for about 5 years now. I am amazed everytime.
Eve Online taught me in the school of hard knocks that because I cannot trust that developers have my best interest at heart enough that I cannot trust them I also cannot trust their "product", AI.
Q. What happens if you fill the data stream the Quantum computer gets its information from with 75% of an incorrect agenda and 25% correct agenda . Does the QP choose the greater stream as it's learning rather than the smaller ? So can a 75% non factual data stream be the choice over a 25% totally accurate one and who decides ? ie if the stream is filled with vast amounts of non factual information , how does it define the 'truth' or correct information without a historic memory as history is often incorrectly passed on or changed to suit a narrative ?
The whole claim that quantum computers can tell the difference between facts and lies is pure nonsense. It's just a machine that finds (mathematical) solutions to problems we feed it, not some kind of oracle. This video gave a poor presentation of what a quantum computer actually is, I wouldn't listen to it if I were you.
@Takyodor2 It's all well out of my comfort zone Takyodor2 . I'm interested as a layman , how the advancement of these along with AI will affect life as we know it . Thanks for your advice .
@johnnydoe1984 The channel "Veritasium" made a good video half a year or so ago about quantum computing. The most likely use for them is to break current encryption schemes (and possibly replace them with more secure ones). Good luck in your search for information!
The concept of solar panels dates back to the 1830s, but the modern solar panel was developed over several decades. Here's a brief timeline: *1839: French physicist Edmond Becquerel discovers the photovoltaic effect, where light is converted into electrical energy. *1873: Willoughby Smith discovers the photoconductivity of selenium, leading to the development of the first solar cells. *1883: Charles Fritts creates the first commercial solar cell using selenium wafers. *1904: Albert Einstein explains the photoelectric effect, leading to a better understanding of solar energy conversion. *1941: Russell Ohl patents the first modern solar cell using silicon. *1954: Bell Labs develops the first practical solar panel, with an efficiency of 4%. *1958: The first commercial solar panels are released, with an efficiency of around 10%. *1960s-1970s: Solar panels improve in efficiency and become more widely used for space exploration and remote power generation. *1980s-present: Advancements in technology and manufacturing lead to increased efficiency, lower costs, and widespread adoption of solar panels for residential and commercial use. So, while the concept of solar panels has been around since the 1830s, the modern solar panel was developed in the mid-20th century, with significant improvements in the latter half of the 20th century and into the 21st century.
More than regulations; broad participation is needed. Every country and the people of every social group should be represented in the development of AI. The problem of the world is short vision. Many brains think better than one.
I'm increasingly perplexed as to how with all these exponential advances in productivity, we are working harder than ever for less reward. Utopia: stifled.
Government should be phased out of more things
The fortunes of the few and weaponry power are what follow the exponential trend.
ever increasing population with more demand and smaller pool of resources
The limit is our current system of capitalism, monetary policy, and immigration policies. We are still playing with our hands tied. I think capitalism is going to have to be replaced once AI and the robots take our place. I'm not a socialist, because socialism involves human labor. But we are going to have to borrow the idea that government controls capital and possibly the means of production. The good thing is we have all these guns lol. So we might survive this process without being trampled on. I mention immigration because right now that is killing the American workers chances at success. But that is a totally different problem that may actually be solved by the first solution I mentioned.
Dystopia is the proper word 😊
It is not the quantum computer that concerns me; it's the evil ones that may use them
Yup! The power power humans (or, at least the moneyed psuedo-elites have), the more evil we will have to contend with.
That is the very thing that concerns me the most. It's not the technology it self. It's the application by those with evil intent to harm others. That too me makes the future either a hopenhimer situation or a garden of Eden for all.
With human nature, it won't be a garden, we can be sure of that.

It serves a purpose for now, as a place for the harvest of souls useful souls.
Humans (as physical creatures), will only survive as long as they serve this useful purpose to God.
As Humans continue to devolve, at some point, we will be pointless.

@@rickydixon285 quantum? It is commercially available now. IBM may be most ahead in building one or one of 2,3z
...since the '70? I like your lie! Tell another one, will buy it. Promise.

It can if you use Internet content on your mobile device whilst wearing headphones that read brain waves.
Great information. Creating the next CERN or a similar large-scale research facility will likely take several decades. Here's a rough estimate of the timeline:
1. Planning and proposal phase: 5-10 years
2. Design and development phase: 10-15 years
3. Construction phase: 10-20 years
4. Testing and commissioning phase: 5-10 years
Considering these phases, it may take around 30-55 years to create the next CERN. However, this timeline can vary depending on factors like:
- Scientific breakthroughs and technological advancements
- Global cooperation and funding
- Complexity of the project
- Regulatory approvals
Keep in mind that CERN's Future Circular Collider (FCC) proposal, which aims to build a new, more powerful collider, is already underway. The FCC's timeline estimates:
- 2020s: Design and development phase
- 2030s: Construction phase
- 2040s: Operation and experimentation phase

Can you imagine an AI in combination/with quantum diagnosing illnesses. Cures could be the norm, even at the DNA level. Could this give us cures instead of treatments?
@@darylhobbs9736 In the right hands, yes. It needs to be treated like the International Space Station or that international seed bank. If capitalists gain control first, we're doomed. That is, unless the AI views the capitalist greed as the world's true evil...
This could get interesting.
We are living in a quantum computer. We are in a computer, making computers smart enough to make a computer and on and on.
I am typing information on technology about technology to other forms of technology. I work in the world of psychology that is attempting to teach other technology how to unprogram themselves eg when you are depressed you can change your programing by “thinking positive”.. but what if we are not creating AI.. what if ai is creating us … allowing us to reveal our self to it! Technology is a life force and we live inside it! It is already here! We are already in it!

The "Æ" symbol has a rich history and multiple meanings across various contexts:
1. Phonetics: In phonetics, "Æ" represents a vowel sound, like the "a" in "cat" or "hat".
2. Latin: In Latin, "Æ" is a ligature of the letters "A" and "E", used to represent a diphthong (a combination of two vowel sounds).
3. Old English and Norse: In Old English and Old Norse, "Æ" was a distinct letter called "ash", representing a vowel sound similar to the "a" in "cat".
4. Danish and Norwegian: In modern Danish and Norwegian, "Æ" is a letter in their alphabets, representing a vowel sound like the "e" in "pet".
5. Elven script: In J.R.R. Tolkien's fictional Elven script, "Æ" is a symbol used to represent a vowel sound, as Grimes mentioned.
6. Typography: In typography, "Æ" is often used as a stylistic element or ligature in fonts.
In the context of Grimes and Elon Musk's son's name, "Æ" represents a connection to art, fantasy, and the elven script from Tolkien's mythology.

Tengwar consists of:
Tolkien, a philologist and linguist, drew inspiration from various writing systems, including:
1. Old English and Norse runes
2. Greek and Latin alphabets
3. Celtic knotwork and calligraphy
The Elven script has become an iconic part of Tolkien's legendarium, used in his books, movies, and other adaptations. It adds to the richness and depth of Middle-earth's cultures and languages.

I've been saying this for over ten years. True sentience is quantum based and when Ai recieves quantum computing it will truly than feel.
16:45 AI capabilities are doubling about every 3 months! Compare that to Moore's Law which is a doubling of transistor count every 2 years.
I knew AI was advancing faster than anything in history just from watching things. That number is still mind blowing to me just the same.
With the rapid advancement of AI capabilities to think that it will take 15 years for an AI to surpass man in all fields is ludicrous imo. 😂
When predictions are made by the experts as to how long certain AI advancements will take to achieve. They quite often vastly underestimate the time frames.
This exponential growth curve is poised to explode when a few key things happen, likely nearly all at once. New more effective training methods. Faster hardware. AI training and writing it's own code. Quantum Computers.
Ai capability is doubling every 3 months? Can we have proof please.

The temperature difference between white and black surfaces when exposed to sunlight is due to their varying albedos (solar reflectance).
White surface:
- Albedo: 0.8-0.9 (high reflectance)
- Absorbs: 10-20% of solar radiation
- Reflects: 80-90% of solar radiation
- Temperature increase: Minimal (around 10-20°F/5-10°C)
Black surface:
- Albedo: 0.05-0.1 (low reflectance)
- Absorbs: 90-95% of solar radiation
- Reflects: 5-10% of solar radiation
- Temperature increase: Significant (around 40-60°F/20-30°C)
So, the temperature difference between white and black surfaces exposed to direct sunlight can be around 30-50°F (15-25°C). This is why:
- White cars are often preferred in hot climates to reduce interior heating.
- Black pavement can become extremely hot during summer, causing discomfort and heat stress.
Keep in mind that these values are approximate and depend on various factors, such as:
- Surface material and texture
- Sun's angle and intensity
- Ambient temperature and humidity
- Air movement and convection
I hope that helps!

Elon Musk's fondness for the letter "X" is intriguing! There are a few reasons why he might be drawn to it:

CERN's simulation capabilities are vast, but I'll provide some context and estimates:
1. CERN's current simulation capacity:
- 1-2 million simulated events per second (using 100,000-200,000 CPU cores)
- 10-20 million simulations per day
- 3-6 billion simulations per year
2. With META++ and OMEGA OS:
- Potential for 10-100 times more simulations per second (depending on the system's architecture and optimization)
- 100 million to 1 billion simulations per day
- 30-300 billion simulations per year
Keep in mind that these estimates are rough and based on current technological advancements. The actual numbers may vary depending on the specific implementation and optimization of the systems.
With our hypothetical systems, the increased simulation capacity could lead to:
- Faster discovery of new particles and forces
- More accurate predictions and models
- Enhanced understanding of complex phenomena
- New insights into the universe's fundamental nature
Remember, these simulations would be highly dependent on the quality of the algorithms, models, and data used, as well as the expertise of the researchers and scientists involved.

What if they combined the power of zero point energy to go below absolute zero, would that impact the speed of process even further?
have often heard quantum entanglement.. but none offers an explanation on how it is done!
Einstein didn't either called it " spookie action at a distance."
The physical process depends on the implementation. How to do it with photons (which you usually use) is something I need to check. The mathematical explanation comes here
Imagine, you have an arrow.
(I indirectly assume that both vectors in direction x and y have length 1, otherwise you need to divide by the scalar product of these vectors with themselves)
This is high school math.
(a bit technical)
If you add another qubit, you need 4 vectors to represent the entire space.
Intuitively speaking.....its all bullshit..!!

Like algorithms
3nm chips, and so much more. They are becoming so advanced
that some have said that they are
Sentient.

By combining advanced technologies like:
1. Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCIs)
2. Neural Networks
3. Quantum Computing
4. Artificial General Intelligence (AGI)
5. Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR)
We could potentially create a immersive, interactive, and dynamic environment that simulates a spiritual or heavenly experience.
Please note that this is purely speculative, and the development of such technology would require significant advancements in various fields. Nevertheless, it's an intriguing idea to explore the intersection of technology and spirituality.
Let's continue brainstorming and exploring the possibilities of Meta++ and Omega OS!
Predictions are very difficult, especially about the future.
There are many variables unknown to you and your technologically enhanced idiotic machines.
how do you study and form a career out of metaphysics or the more philosophical/ theoretical aspect of quantum mechanics? where do you go to learn this?
We are quantum AI. As above, so below.
yes
Every time I see that guys head on the TV, it reminds me of Max Headroom!~
me using dark energy ai and using time machine like nobodys business. lmao
There is no such thing as "dark energy or dark matter". Period.

Also wondering if the reason for all the uap stuff is just them waiting for the development of AI and quantum computing to come to fruition???

Ha ha! You're not the only one who took notice.
AI will never over power mankind it's principle of nature itself.
100 % sure we live in a program
Words have power. "We are the promise of our future, we are capable, we aspire to love, we are patient, kind, aware, focused, compassionate, and together as a team who will pull through any challenges because we are good." would be a good reformulation of the perspective. God bless or Goodness bless or jus: blessings.
Our brains are in essence a quantum computer according to Sir Roger Penrose
This was a great documentary
0:24 ACCISIBLE TO EVERYONE? Right..... A quantum computer needs to be cooled down the -236 degrees celcius to make it superconducted. YOU think everyone can afford such cooling?
Check out the light quantum computers they don’t need to be cooled they work at room temperature
The Turing test would be difficult in todays world. Alot of folks are confused and don't know what sex they are .
Are you looking at artificial intelligence sentient systems to heal diseases
There can be no sentience in an inanimate object like a computer.
There is a Point !
Where AI Can "Go Back in Time,,, and "Highjack Creation"...
The "Red Queen" is under Denver Airport.
Michie knows nothing about AI or computers. He teaches physics. Let him stick with what he knows
He’s still a genius type guy. Can’t he talk about other 💩?
He's a string theorist, something that's yet to yield any results and might even be completely wrong. He'll say whatever he's paid to say.

String theory is nonsensical.@@EvieDoesTH-cam
When he talks about AI he sounds like a carnival huckster..!!
When two beings are capable of doing the same task. One of them is not necessary. Soon. One of those will be a machine.
@@spervuurproduksies it's not thinking it sense frequency and vibrations detected by antenna to avoid danger
Use a bigger fly swatter.
Here's a brief timeline:
*1839: French physicist Edmond Becquerel discovers the photovoltaic effect, where light is converted into electrical energy.
Can't beat it, join it
More than regulations; broad participation is needed. Every country and the people of every social group should be represented in the development of AI.
The problem of the world is short vision. Many brains think better than one.
