I turned off the crossplay too but i have an annoying notification everytime the match ends , saying that I can’t play with players out of xbox and it asks me to write my PIN code.
It’s very frustrating to do this everytime that the match ends! Can I deactivate this notification somehow?

The fact that it's optional on Xbox but standard for PlayStation lets you know Xbox took the short end of the deal. Since most people aren't even aware you can turn cross play off means you can barely find a game if you turn it off. So you're forced to play at a disadvantage if you want to game online

Idk if you got help already but if I remember correctly you can go on mw3 click on account and network and there should be an option to turn crossplay off Xbox is dogshit compared to ps5 just because of this crossplay in the settings and even when we disable on Xbox it prompts you to turn it on with annoying pop ups
