  • Achari Dahi Aloo is a quick and easy, spicy, and tangy dish made with curd-flavored sabji. The achari flavor comes from mustard oil, nigella seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, dried red chilies, and cumin seeds. The whisked curd gives the curry a touch of sourness.
