- One of the challenges I made for myself was to only use music made by other members of the furry fandom in this convention video. I thought initially it would be a challenge to find artists and producers that would make the right type of music that would fit with my editing style, but low and behold I was completely wrong. Out of all the vlogs that I have made thus far, this one easily has the best soundtrack to it due to the many talented and fantastic musicians in the fandom.

The period of time between the last two videos has been enough for my music taste to change radically

This is probably my current favorite video on the internet
You captured not only the spirit of FWA, but a snapshot of the fandom as well. Choosing to use music created by members of the community adds such a sense of life to the whole video, as well as to the overall manic yet creative vibe. The structure of the editing also just matches your "bouncing off the walls" attitude, even when you're dead tired and stealing an ENTIRE CASE OF REDBULL to stay some semblance of awake (and yes y'all, I've seen this in person, lol).
But underneath all the sass and jokes about fursuit butts, you can see how much love was poured into making this. Intermingled with the crazy are hanging shots on particular views - skylines, people drawing, virtual reality presentations, groups of friends. Regardless of what we're seeing, the focus stays on the people that make up the whole of what furry IS, and how we share our passions. Addition's like Wyatt's birthday party are sweet reminders of how we celebrate each other, among many other ways.
Whether it's the celebration of the incredibly diverse cast of furry's dance scene, or the circle of friends you hold close - thank you. For giving them voices, and for reminding us of how fortunate we are to have a community so centered on building each other up. 🧡

I have said it before and I will say it again, the way Zill manages to capture the feel and energy of a convection is always so wonderful. Weather it’s just the small dumb moments like waiting for lifts, inside dumb jokes or the Epic dance competitions.
Also the way you got to record some experiences of people publicly suiting at a con for the first time is always wonderful to see too. Excellent editing, storytelling, use of music and pacing!

I was so overjoyed when I woke up to this video on my home page! Your con videos were among the first I saw after I became a furry in 2019, and they remain my favorite to this day (especially the Anthrocon 2018 video). These videos have stuck with me as I've "grown up" in the fandom, and they remind me how incredible it is to be part of such a creative, accepting, and wonderful fandom, especially when life is hard and it's easy for me to turn away from my interests, or worse, consider giving up on everything. I can't fathom life without the fandom, and I don't think I'll ever be able to fully express how much these videos mean to me. It's good to see you back again!

Man where the hell have you been. I just watched your video reflecting on 2018, and I cannot believe I missed you on the internet for this many years.
I relate to your story a lot and I have recently found myself in the worst part of my life. I just recently moved into this really shitty little town just south of Edmonton AB, and I have been feeling worse than ever. I didn’t feel great about myself before but now it is just so much worse. Recently I have been almost unable to get out of bed in the morning, I just can’t see the point to it. I go to school and I sit alone in silence all day just waiting to have a break, and when I finally get home I just kinda lay around, I don’t have the motivation to do anything. I don’t ever really show this stuff, I have never told a single soul about this, and I think it just bubbles up inside since I am so scared to show emotion around others, even myself. I have kept so much locked away recently that I think it was building up to something I’ll regret.
I can’t express how your videos have given me a light, they make me laugh and they help me take my mind off things. Hearing the story you told in your confessions video has given me some hope that I can get out of this.
I don’t want to rant too much here so I tried to keep this brief-ish, but I really just wanted to say thank you.
Bro, you literally said the exact dilemma I'm going through because I too am in a shitty town in Alberta!!!! I give you maaaaaad PROMPTS for your courage to say this out loud since we all need our voices to be heard! I also became a furry in June due to the exact situation that your experiencing in your paragraph , and I know how it feels to be an outsider to since I currently have no friends or anybody to talk to!!! Your comment really touched my heart, and I really encourage that you find some furries in Edmonton!!!

Ive been in the furry community off and on for the past 7 years and man. Its been hard. Kinda why ive been off and on, or even just not in it at all.
