I made this trip ( on a much older boat) with my ex girlfriend some 23 years ago. It was the first time I had been out for 10 weeks after an operation. It was a nice surprise to get fresh air. But a boring round trip😂
@Ferriesboatsandmore I did a sail in March with a thin layer of ice on the lake making an interesting tinkling noise as we broke the ice to Pooley Bridge.

Interesting sail. Have only done the Ullswater sail on an 1890s ship built in Scotland(Lady of the Lake?)
@@jimmcintosh9045 yes Ullswater have two Victorian Scottish ships. LADY OF THE LAKE from 1877 and RAVEN from 1889.
