So happy to see you are doing better. I missed your post that disclosed your illness. So sorry to learn what you had to go through. Yes, it is maddening that the people who try their best to stay safe and healthy are the ones getting sick. Sending strength to you so you can fully recover. Hugs.
I am so glad to see you looking so good. I have been very worried about you. I hope you are back to 100% soon. Take care! Thanks for sharing and happy stitching!
I'm so happy to see your smiling face back again. Hopefully you will gain more strength and energy as each day passes. I love when you show your products. Take care and get all the rest you need.~Tara
It's great to have you back! I had Covid last year. It took me a few weeks to get my full energy back; it's frustrating. Just so sorry it happened to you. I always enjoy your videos.
Isn’t it hard to explain to someone who hasn’t been through it?! No physical symptoms that make you seem “sick” yet you’re completely wiped out for days or weeks. I’m taking the advice of my pharmacist (who went through the same situation several months ago) to wait three months before getting the second vaccination so that my body is healthier and stronger. He missed work after getting his second shot and I can’t afford to do that again this soon lol.
Hey Shelly! I love hearing all those names of the Coloris threads. And Bee-sy Spring is BEAUTIFUL!!! Oh and thank you for sharing all the gray fabrics. I’m so sorry you got COVID! Take care and I hope you get your energy back soon.
Soooo good to see you and your Facebook post was a great relief. Cross stitchers really are a close community and so many were concerned about you. We missed you and hope you continue to take care of yourself as you get your strength back. I hope your family is all okay, also.
Sorry to hear you were sick with this mess. Take it easy till you feel a lot better. My son is a Dr. at one of the hospital in Colo. that took just C-19, and he said do not be surprise that it is a slow recovery and do not get overly tired. It feeds on the immune system not being able to recover in the cells dept and other things too., in away be glad you had a shot and the some of the antibodies in you or the situation would be totally different. So stay slow and low for awhile.
I’ve heard conflicting reports that having the first shot (1) lessens your Covid symptoms and (2) makes them worse haha. I guess there hasn’t been enough time to do the proper trials to clear this matter up. Feeling very grateful that I didn’t have to be hospitalized. But I’m taking my pharmacist’s advice to wait three months before getting the second shot. He went through the same thing several months ago and missed work again after the second shot Yikes!
So sorry to hear you had to go through that! Very happy to see you well, recovering and smiling again! Thank you so much for sharing about the coloris. Take care of yourself 💜
Oh Shelly, this is the first I'm hearing about this. I'm so sorry you had to go through this also (I had it way back in the beginning of all of this mess), but on the bright side, at least you now know the effect it has on you personally and that you were able to get through it. Rest up as much as you can until your energy comes back. Praying for your full recovery.
I’m so sorry you were under the weather! (I know that is an understatement). What is the lovely large colorful Easter egg design on the top shelf called? I’m so glad to have found your videos! Please be kind to yourself and rest when you need to.
So glad to see you, and that you are feeling better! I’m sure it will take some time to feel 100% again, don’t try to overdo! I enjoyed seeing the flosses and fabrics! Do you carry R&R?
Yes, we do… but we’re at the mercy of whenever their distributor gets a shipment and it’s never enough yardage to satisfy all of the shops trying to buy it lol.
I hope you are getting back to normal quickly... scary stuff!!! Do you get 18ct or 20ct Aida? I was excited to see the big pieces of Aida... sometimes they are hard to find... I have a lot of HAED's and the cute pieces I find are not big enough pieces... Take care!!!
I never sold much 18-count fabric before, but I think it is making a come-back and it’s interesting to see all of the colors available in the fairly new 20-count. I guess you would just need solid neutral colors for full coverage pieces. I usually order one yard at a time, but if someone needs a larger piece it is possible to get extended yardage.

That chart is “Spring Eggs” by Vickery Collection $10. Thanks for watching!
