Living the high life with other people's money
Really wanted to watch this but have to say interviewer approach is a bit lacklustre Lol or is it just your tone? I also wished you could have asked more questions abt how he started, career path he took, qualifications and what Du Val is abt? Yes, he has a website but seeing interview one on one, could have got a simpler explanation abt his business and how someone like the average Jo can invest. ..but overall Kenyon seems like down to earth guy.
This is awesome, I love newzealand too. I’m finishing of my late father’s retirement village in Tauranga in newzealnd, 100% wanting to keep this going on. Would love to have a video about starting new projects in newzealand.

Just feel like our country is never going to get the housing it needs and or the construction sector of this country will never find the champions it needs in the private sector ... as said below this guy is gone and his intentions good or bad will just damage highlight the systemic issues we have in NZ for property development.
