Things your surfing 🏄♂️ swimming in, if Mexico 🇲🇽 Pumps without a traveling screen or bar rack or International Boundary on by-pass include; med needles, rags, medical waste, greater concentrated solids, funeral waste, anything anyone wants to get rid of via toliet storm drain......🤔...Isn't the solution dilution ? Millions of gallons daily, and currents going towards the coast....🙄
