When you get Apples you make Apple Pies

When you have apples We make pies.

I’ve made apple pies but when it’s not the holidays the pie doesn’t get eaten as fast, so I love making these hand pies are perfect 👌🏾
The apple mixture in recipe
Below. I did add my own pumpkin pie spice and a 1/2 Tsp of lemon juice to the Apple mixture.
I did use some pastry dough I had on this recipe, you can buy or make your own.
I rolled out my pastry made a thin rectangle then ran my pizza cutter and made the patties as equal in size as possible, added the apple mix top Apple mix with a small piece of butter. I pinched the ends and fork pressed, brush a egg wash then add 2 slits on each
Baked 425° 12-15 minutes or until the pies are nice and golden.
