Welcome to the fall semester, Riverbats and please meet Anna, our new Student Beat host for the next season on ACCTV! Anna’s a local Austinite and RTF major here at ACC! She’ll have all the best tips, recommendations, and insights for you throughout the semester.
On this episode, Anna dives into key resources to take advantage of these first couple of months at college, along with important deadlines for voter registration and the upcoming election November 5! (Make your mark, Riverbats!) She shares info on ACC’s new Bats to Cats transfer program with Texas State as well as ideas for how to celebrate Hispanic Heritage month at ACC!
Plus, Candice Brown, ACC Student Life Regional Manager, drops into Studio B to discuss all the great ways to get involved with Student Life this semester. And of course, get ready for the Amazing Race: Riverbat Edition, an incredible competition set to take place in the Spring of 2025 with various ACC students. Let’s go!
