Love the specials at Henry’s and I find the quality is better and they last longer. I buy the capsicums and slice them up for stir fry’s etc and freeze them in vacuum bags. Last time I made stuffed caps and froze those as well. Cauliflower can be blanched for a couple of mins, I place them on biscuit trays and put them in the freezer. Once frozen I bag them as well. Same for berrys wash dry them off put them in a single layer on trays and freeze them. Once frozen bag them as well. I buy big bags of onions, dice, slice and or mince and bag and freeze as well. Yes it takes a bit of time, but in the end saves a lot of money.
What a fantastic vege shop just love❤Sadly no great fruit shops tho I do browse 2 each week. Main reason I’m growing just easy veges tho trying capsicum this season Love ur video❤
I love aldi and reject stores, not a lot of people shop around, yes it might be time consuming, but you get to see other store products and prices.❤from Perth, WA.
Olive oil never seems to come on sale like it used to at Coles and Woolies. I buy the 2L extra virgin olive oil at Costco and refill my smaller glass bottle ( like the one you bought) with it. We gotta save where we can! Thank you so much for your videos 😊
Thanks for watching 😊 We only switched to using olive oil earlier this year so I'm still working out how to get it the cheapest, but that is a good idea too with the 2L at Coscto 👍
@ The other bottles of oil are massive aren’t they? 3L and above would take us too long to use. When I buy the 2L bottle I wait until it is on special at Costco so it’s even cheaper 😊Thanks again for taking the time to do these videos. I am always happy when I see a new one of yours come up!
We live in country nsw and the veggie and fruit prices are ridiculous. I love buying in bulk and doing projects or meal prep and freezing if fruit and veggies were this cheap here I would have a field day. They were amazing prices
Well I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but Frankston is bit of a ruff area no disrespect to anyone plus the veg seemed like number 2 quality which doesn't bother me personally but it's criminal how much major supermarket chain's charge...
2 head and shoulders for $21 was the Coles price (I had Coles on screen), I was doing a comparison with the other big stores straights after showing the Reject Store price. The Reject Shop was $8 for one 👍 I was showing how much cheaper The Reject Shop was

Great video - those small Christmas items are great for childcare/kinder teacher gifts😊
Your chooks are well loved,so they reward you with beautiful fresh eggs.
we love our girls 🐔🐔🐔
The asparagus was reasonably priced. I really enjoy asparagus cooked in the air fryer with a light spray of oil. Thank you for the video.

I love Ikea, I might have to do a video on Ikea soon
Why are fruit and vegetables so expensive in Sydney? We're getting ripped off. Great video.

It's a countdown to Christmas calendar and you open one window every day of December until it's Christmas 👍
henry's and Aldi are great but 2 heaad and shoulders for $21 is NOT a special at The Reject Store.
