Gina's roleplaying is absolutely amazing omg. That moment with Omelette and her ancestors was so well done.

Thank you for sharing with us this fantastic adventure! At 38, I haven't played a table RPG in almost 20 years so I started to watch this show to "scratch an itch" that had been growing for some time and let me tell you it definitely hit home ! I am absolutely looking forward to get those books and find a new roleplaying community in my area!!
I want to mention the music. While in the last episodes, many people complained about too much and unfitting music, this time it was used very well.

For a dnd game, I just told the warlock of my party I dm who took the invocation to get ritual spells and chose unseen servant about it:) this will not come back to bite me
I love EVERYTHING about this campaign! It's character, and rp driven and the combat rp'ing is just as engaging.
The most heartfelt RPG session I've ever seen! Outstanding performances by all! I would be privileged to have any of you at my table.

Wonder if anyone else noticed “Be Thou My Vision.” Great song choice. Always interesting seeing bits of that part of my life come up in elsewhere.
Seems DM (sorry, I’m terrible with names) was having a hard time with the players’ desire to evacuate the town. That popped up in previous episodes too. That particular struggle seems kind of challenging, though it’s somewhat entertaining to watch.
Enjoying this game a lot. The players got good chemistry. I felt bad for the wizard, even if he was a late addition. I especially like parts of how Omelette’s ancestors got portrayed. I tend to avoid that type of direct front liner when playing games, but it’s a really cool concept.

Its 3 years ago vid while im enjoying it and im crying with all the character development, their background stroy and every sense are came into my brain like a movie and i love it. Its a bit late but thanks all of u for let online audience enjoy with u. Very good story.
A really good session for a "down time" session. Great character development and acting and storyline progress. Yay!
I did think Ik was going to show his face, maybe, to prove to Lineaus how serious he was about believing in her, but oh well. Save it for another day.

Finally! I have been expecting this party to revisit the Crypt of the Everflame. And I soo want to see how Jason deals with dungeon crawling.
Especially in a different take on a dungeon he created himself.
This series is so amazing! Jason is an amazing GM! And I am so engaged in the story! This is better story telling than many films I've watched

I look forward to the Knights of Everflame every Tuesday! The bar scene - the intimacy, the character bonding...ahh! SO GOOD! Im rooting for Omlet. Tarial is FAB-u-LOUS. Lineaus is so cute and so helpful. I love Aki - she so effectively helps summarize what the group wants to do - a true, compassionate leader! Ikulous (sp?) is FIERCE in battle. Im excited to learn more about his character development! And i love the DM - he is supportive and keeps a fun, lively environment. More more more!

@@vullrath Omelette is drunk at the party dancing with Ikyulus and she announces her family's history in Lastwall. Think it was close to 2 hours in or just before. Before she curls up under the table.
Everyone seems like they have been having a great time. In the last episode and this one, I kept wondering why Tariel didn't use her go-to Telekinteic strike. The damage type you always need and I'm sure better to hit and damage than her sling. Hard to remember everything though in these tense scenes!
I appreciate all the in moment explanations too. It helps with the unfamiliar changes. Thanks for the great work everyone.
My group and I have been playing Pathfinder once a week since the softcover playtest book 11 or 12 years ago, but if you had told me I'd be willing to watch multiple three-hour chunks of people just playing the game, I'd have looked at you funny.
Nevertheless, here I am commenting on this after 14 hours of watching, and I'll certainly be finishing the series. Buhlman's a really good GM, and the players are so invested, I just can't help admiring them. My veteran group is certainly more skilled and efficient in play, but ... the lack of game knowledge and system mastery can be a great asset, as the group here proves.
The funerals made me tear up. ;) Good stuff.
Some strong RP moments in this episode more than every before about mid-way. No fair weather friends here; barely any selfishness or sense of entitlement among them. The timing of events and unveiling of information is realy well done.
Players are also far more confient even asking the GM to support his decisions a couple times ... they grow up so fast.
Why does Linneus never take damage from other people's healing or her own? It is a detriment that is not being played.

I like a good fight.. but the "cut scenes" are the best!! Great job ya'll... LOVE OMELETTE (oatmeal.. lol)

My immediate thought at 1:49:08 was “NO! You’ll summon the Terrasque!” XD
At 30min wasn't headless flanked? Jeremy's character took the damage to flank him bringing AC down from 27 to 25 so Aki's arrow should have hit?
Only characters actually taking part on the flanking (while risking themselves) get the bonus, ranged companions won't get the bonus at all.
My god I used to watch this and stopped and when I wanted to watch it again I forgot the name so today I was searching something and this suggestion popped out and I clicked and took me here

I think you missed an opportunity at Holgast's funeral. You should have had his owl circling the burning funeral pyre as it floated down the stream. I feel that would have made the moment even more poignant...:-)

Season 2 was announced today!
I would be interested in seeing the character sheets to see how they was built at the beginning, but also as they level and grow thought the game. I also notice they have not picked up any magic or treasure as they go?
The cleric had Font very early on and we know Ikyulys was level 5 during the siege, so assuming all party members are the same level, nobody leveled up yet.
@@tudornaconecinii3609 I like all the characters, but at first Omelet was the strongest in both combat and RP. The Champion in this last series has come out of his shell and has proven his worth. Paladins in the game do in time

I'm pretty late on this, so no idea if anybody still reads this, but at minute 25, couldn't Omelette and Ikyulys have taken 5 foot steps to reach flanking positions, or was that removed in Pathfinder 2e?
9 months later, but... There's a 1-Action Step - which is basically a 5ft. Step that explicitly doesn't provoke. I don't know whether it was added later in development or Jason simply forgot at that moment. Might have needed 10ft. to move around the 2x2 Horse into a flank.
No Mr Dm, you can’t attack Oatmeal. Omelettes family isn’t here with her.

I enjoy this AP more than just about any other I’ve seen. Still, I can’t tell if they’re all just total newbs at actual gameplay or if they’re just overly dramatic and unfamiliar with verisimilitude.
are they saying only humans can have nightmares? or are they saying that 'to be human' includes elves and dwarves? if either, I believe there are some people who would want a word with their characters. :)

Breakfast is not for every meal of the day! Breakfast is only acceptable for 1st meal, Breakfast, 3rd Meal (Dinner), and in smattering parts for Lunch. E.G. Bacon only on a BLT or other Sandwich. No Pancakes for Lunch!

Extremely will acted out. The emotional moments, while too much for me, is convincing. I am more of a simple dungeon delver and treasure hunter type. I would like to see these playerx/characters take on something more simple and combat oriented.
I'm 23 minutes in and feeling like PF2 just doubled down on binary success/failure outcomes for attacks...
Side note. Owls are really stupid birds. Like they have a low intelligence
Familurs are different then normal considering that one can read it's probably awakened

This series has become a Pathfinder version of Fear of the Walking Dead has it not?
Can't they attack the mount instead of the rider? In the earlier fights they had the option of mount or rider. I would totally have gone after the mount first.
I was hoping Ickyulus(?) Would just pull the knight out if the horse after the flank move or Omelette to, instead of slashing with her axe, would have gone over the Dullahan's shoulder and pull him down and slam him to the ground.
Its probably good they didn't bother. iirc, dullahan's can summon mounts whenever they want.
The mounts in the earlier fights were their own characters with their own attacks, so getting rid of them quick made tactical sense. The Dullahan was a minion mount, so it could only act when the Dulahan gave it actions. Tactically, no reason to kill them earlier.
