    Tremendous jobs, mr. but I envy me a lot to see that piece, belonging to the film Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, its size impresses me and I have never seen one like that. Thank you and looking forward to more of your projects.

    I'm looking for one in scale 1/72 of the Voyage to the Bottom of Seaview. Could you tell me what scale the model yoy have?

      You want a 1/72 Seaview? The only one that I will be offering is going to be roughly that scale with availability later this summer at a price point of $3000 for the kit, $5500 turnkey as a display model.

      The Bronco kit is available, but hard to find. OTW Designs also offers an excellent model in a larger scale. I can offer that kit myself at around $650 plus shipping (no cylinder, radio, electronics, etc... just the hull).

      7oz or 12.6 cubic inches (206 cubic centimeters). I don't have a weight of the overall boat. This one has already been shipped.

      I just took in a gorgeous Type VII, fully built, painted weathered and ready to go. It will be listed today. Check my site at www.nautilusdrydocks.com for pics, info and details.

    Awesome, I have two of them but I missed to buy the WTC long time ago so I think I have to build a WTC on my one. Is there a ready one available ????

      As I mentioned, I don't have one, nor do I know of a manufacturer supplying them, unfortunately.

    Can you diy this for like 400?
    I know rc a bit , my dad very well.
    I have many models and radios and batteries and servos and stuff.
    Like can you buy a dive kit like these for 200 - 600 ? Some where

    • @RCSubGuy
      @RCSubGuy  ปีที่แล้ว

      You could likely RC as a surface runner in that budget, but the cylinder alone (when it was available) ran $500 on it's own. Adding radio gear, batteries, etc means you'll be over the $$1000 mark in running gear for a full static diver.

    I have the 1/72 VII C built as a static model and a 1/72 Gato (un-built as of yet). I'd like to build the Gato and do an RC conversion on it, I am concerned that it's just too small to use in anything other than a pool. I guess size does matter....

    • @RCSubGuy
      @RCSubGuy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Gato is about 55" long if I recall correctly. A nice size for a small pond or still lake. Too big for a pool. My 250 Series SubDriver is a perfect fit for that model kit.

    • @RCSubGuy
      @RCSubGuy  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@sebastianbach6102 I do not offer the components needed to convert this tiny submarine to remote control, and the previous supplier has stopped production years ago. When they were available, the cost to fully outfit the plastic model kit would have been in the vicinity of $900 or so.

    • @RCSubGuy
      @RCSubGuy  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@sebastianbach6102 Yes, it definitely will be easier and cheaper. It is referred to as a dynamic diver if it submerges without a ballast system. Best of luck!
