How to make Soft and Tasty Kerala Style Vellayappam / Appam Recipe with a different method of using yeast.!!
By this method , you will grt very soft and tasty Appams from start to end.Please check the below link for the ingredients!

Soak rice for 4 hours and grind rice,grated coconut,and cooked rice to a smooth batter.Ferment overnight. In the morning , add yeast ,sugar if the yeast is instant.Otherwise mix yeast in lukewarm water ,add sugar and wait for 8 minutes. Add this mixture to the batter and keep aside for 1 hour or until batter is proofed well.Add salt and make appams.
Don't forget to check the palappam Video by using the same method!
