I loved it how 3 mature people handled this topic back to back to back without a pause. And Sanjay dai ko favorite quote nai vaisakyo “ One who quits smoking can do anything” 😂 . I too believe that.
It's been a week since i stopped smoking, i started to feel short of breathiness while working out and other health issues. I am very happy i made this decision to stop smoking for rest of my life.

I quit smoking after 7 years of smoking ! Best decision i've ever made in my life. Smoking is not worth it guys , totally not worth it , its literally paying for your own death . we cant even imagine how much we can save just after we quit smoking

Being addicted means you just cross your limit . If you cross your limit, you will not be able to return back easily so better not to be addicted to anything else.
