Like most Christians, they don't realize that the word Allah is God, in translation from Arabic to English. The Arab Christians called God Allah, because they spoke in Arabic.

In this hadith, it was said to the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him: I should perform ablution from the well of Buda’ah, which is a well in the city in which menstrual blood is thrown, meaning: the rag that a woman uses for menstrual blood, dog meat, and foul-smelling things It's like carrion and filth.
What is meant is: people throw these impurities in the deserts and the courtyards of their homes, and then the floods come and drag these impure things from the roads and courtyards and throw them into the well. Because it was by a stream from some of the valleys in which the people of the desert descend, and what is not meant is that people were throwing filth into the well intentionally; The Arabs in pre-Islamic times and Islam were known to preserve water and protect it from impurities.
The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, answered this question, saying: “Water is pure and nothing can defile it,” meaning: God Almighty created water pure and nothing can defile it, as long as its color, taste, or smell does not change Water is not affected by what is thrown into it .
In the hadith: an explanation that the basic principle in water is purity. .
