Went to this Potong in January 2022, very impressed. Tbh, It is a quiet hard task to impress us Asians who grew up having good Chinese food, but Potong did just that. Personally love the corn broth. We all know that finding a well balance broth is like finding a holy rare item. That corn broth is that one.

@@lastChang Recognize one China policy is the prerequisite of start diplomatic relation with PRC.
Therefore, even if CPC start a war with Taiwan, it should be considered counterinsurgency instead of invasion.
BTW…there is no peace agreement of China’s civil war. Therefore, war between Taiwan and China is de jure on-going.

@@lastChang To the financially educated the US-CHINA trade war has always been a currency war with Russia-China BRICS New Development Bank the greatest threat to the World Bank's resource-poverty United States military-investment-backed currency US dollar forced on resource-based countries as the world's reserve status. Over a decade ago, George Soros himself said on a Financial Times interview that the China RMB is permanently undervalued tied to the US dollar and that the US dollar power depends on China's global markets. George Soros also said China should be allowed to buy-in as the financial new world order so that developing countries (resource-based countries) can use their currencies towards global reforms. George Soros also said the United States debts are going to be a drag on the global financial economy which is why new currencies need to be in placed for global trades. In reality the US dollar is losing it's reserve status to a basket of currencies. In 2011 Iran rejected the US dollar and turned to BRICS against US Sanctions. Iran could afford to that because the BRICS New Development Bank's investments are with USSR satellites with Huawei 5G. Which is why Japan-China-Russia has been launching satellites above the African continent and Asia region against US Sanctions.
With this said, the resource-poverty United States has federal debt of over $30 trillion, China owns $1.1 trillion US treasuries with the BRICS New Development Bank. The American economist are not fooled by US sanctions when the United States is dependant on products manufactured in China who gets their resources from Russia without the US dollar intermediate exchange which is why the United States has galloping inflation. Furthermore, US military satellites are built upon USSR satellites from the mid 1950s which is why NSA is in Russia. Edwards Snowden was in Russia when he was contracted with the NSA.
Russia is the major producer of the cobalt resources that is used to make technology and electronics. The United States capitalist society is dependent on technology and electronics, the United Nations always proposed Sustainable Development for resource-poverty countries to wean off technology! Taiwan is a resource-poverty country, they better start following the United Nations Sustainable Development goals and become self-sustainable as a fishing village. Singapore is resource-poverty and heavily dependent on technology which is why Singapore signed the BRICS relations as part of BRICS PLUS.
BRICS is Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa representing African Union - all economic power countries that this capitalist created world's resources comes from!
The US dollar reserve status only works because every country has to pay trade and investment taxes to the United States, which is why from the time of the Bretton Woods Agreement, the US dollar reserve status has been a military-investment-backed currency with Adolf Hitler's war spoils. It was George Bush's great-grandfather's hedge fund company that brought Adolf Hitler into power profiting from WWII.
With China-Russia relations New Development Bank, it kicks the resource-poverty United States middle man World Bank off the global stage.
