I just made this. Literally went to Whole Foods and bought everything exact. This was FIRE! I'm from the Bronx so I know chopped cheese and the fact that this tasted delicious, I didn't miss the ground meat or the real cheese. It tasted exact..even better because I'm also lactose intolerant and didn't want the heaviness of the meat. This was sooooo good! I'm literally making another tomorrow.
