NOTE: Chicken wings usually take 10-12 minutes to fry , depending on the size of the wings and the temperature of the oil, the oil should be around 350F that's (medium heat) 👉Here's the secret to perfect wings every time "Float + 1 minute" Wings sink when they first hit the fry oil.
